You can't beat Currys to see products in reality
I went to Currys to have a look at cordless vacuum cleaners, with a view to possibly buying one, which I did. You can't beat seeing for yourself - just looking online isn't the same. Initially, it was difficult to find someone for help and advice, but when a staff member was located, she was very helpful. Delivery wasn't necessary,as the vacuum fitted into the car boot.

We went to Currys in Poole on Friday 16 October 2026 after our American fridge/freezer had broken down.
Jamie helped us. He was so knowledgeable and so helpful. What an absolute credit to Currys he is.
We were so impressed by his complete customer care and knowledge of products, that we returned on Sunday to buy.
Jamie deserves to be recognised-employee of the month award? What an amazing employee and an asset to Currys. 😊

Early Xmas present
We were contemplating upgrading our tv and just browsing but the team were very helpful and the deals were too good to miss so we’re installing out new tv and sound bar tomorrow, just in time for Xmas.

Overall quite good service
Overall quite good service, the del guys showed up a bit late but we were told the van didn't show up at curry's on time, not to sure if i like the time the feed back link from curry's stays live, I purposely held back just to see if things panned out ok after a couple of weeks, I went to fill in the feed back link and it had expired, funnily enough it would have been a good review : )

We spoke with a Microsoft rep who was…
We spoke with a Microsoft rep who was very helpful. He expained that there was a special additional £100 discount on a laptop that I wanted to buy. The Currys worker confirmed the price and that he had 6 in stock. All was going well until we went to pay for it. Without any explanation, the price had gone up by £100. When it was questioned, we were told we couldnt have the £100 discount as it already had a discount. So we left without buying it. When we got home we checked the Currys website and sure enough we were right, so we had to make another trip back to the shop to buy it. The Currys worker was incompetent and didnt know how to apply the discount code. He could have lost this sale and I now have a poor impression of Currys Poole.

Excellent Service
The appliance was delivered on time and the crew were polite, friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and our delivery was on a day of our choice.

The young lady who helped us was…
The young lady who helped us was wonderful think her name was Romana or something like, she had stunning nails anyway and the young man who served us when we collected was so helpful carrying our product to the car, didn't take his name but he told me he lived in Bovington near us in Wareham.

Poor service and disinterested staff
When asked a question about a product, the sales adviser told us to look at the specifications on our phones as he knew nothing about the product. We also asked another person if the volume of the background music could be turned down (my husband is hard of hearing), he was very helpful and referred to the manager who said this was not possible. We now realise Currys has a quiet time before 11am but your staff did not seem to know about this. We were there before 11am.
