Currys - Sheffield Heeley Avis 

Very good service and quick delivery.

Went through the process of ordering a Bosch series 6 washing machine in store at Woodseats .
Two days later got a call saying the washing machine not in stock. So had to make a trip to the store to get a refund

Excellent information given initially at Crystal Peaks Curry's store and then at Chesterfield, resulting in a purchase of my laptop. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout and happy to assist me with my questions and subsequent purchase

The shop was busy, but staff were aware of us, asked if they could help, said they would get someone, apologised for delay.A young man came to help us, but unfortunately, the choices that were shown were unavailable. We chose Russell Hobs but none of those models were available. Ended up with Kenwood, have used it a little and seems fine. It is still a nice looking machine and fits in well with what I have. However, my stars are for the staff. Items which are on display I feel should be available at the time of wanting to purchase. So, for that I downgrade to three stars. As for how to write a useful review: better an honest one, politely written.

Although the product I wanted wasn't in stock, it was in store the next day. The server carried it out of the store to my car.

Helpful staff. Very easy to get what I wanted. It had to be ordered in but arrived for collection the next day.

We found a TV online and went to the store to view it. We approached two members of staff who were sat down talking and asked about the Samsung TVs we had seen online who informed us that the Samsung TVs were not stocked but they could order. They then continued their discussion.
We really did wish to purchase a TV on that day to replace a faulty item so we return to the staff and asked if they could help us with what was in stock.
With help we selected and purchased a new TV.

The person who was 'here to help' sat on his phone and spoke to me without looking when I asked for help.
Very poor service indeed.

All worked very well , ordered it and picked it up with help of a very helpful staff member . Machine is very good

Really nice sales chap - he was in training so I did feel a bit sorry for him, but he couldn't have been more helpful. Got what I needed.

I had trouble finding out how to use a specific gift card but customer service explained what I needed to do. This involved going into store and here I saw a big difference from previous visits to the Heeley Sheffield store. A guy called Chris obviously saw I looked a bit unsure and within seconds approached to ask if I needed any help. He quickly understood what I needed and swiftly arranged for a colleague to deal with the transaction. It involved having to transfer the purchase price from a One4all gift card to a Currys gift card. The reasons were clearly explained and although it was a bit tricky the Currys colleague persisted until it was done. The product arrived much quicker than I expected and when collected Chris was there again to take care of things and even remembered me from the previous visits. Top marks.

My reason for giving the rating - our product was available in store at a great price but the customer service shown by the member of staff went over and above. He was polite, friendly and carried our large item to the car carefully placing it in the boot. We didn’t ask or expect that of him but it made the purchase easy. He shook our hands and left us with a smile. Thank you Tobe, you are a gentleman.

There is one staff in particular that made my experience very straight forward and clear. He helped me find the best device for me and was very patient (I believe his name was Hamza)

Wilson the staff member at the Heeley Sheffield branch was very helpful and explained everything clearly as I am not the most digital person.

Whilst speaking to member of staff regarding a oven she totally ignored me and answered her phone(obviously another member of staff) she had no customer service skills whatsoever to be quite honest she was miserable.so me been the customer and wanting to spend my money it would have been courteous if she even acknowledged me.

Very helpful. looking up which replacement toner cartridge needed for my HP printer. Explained payment options and delivery option. Correct item deliver next day. very satisfied.
