Currys - Tottenham Court Road Avis 

Smooth and quick online process. Only downside was a bit of a wait at the store when collecting, probably because they were short-staffed, though the team was helpful once I was seen.
​One thing I found a bit weird: even after showing my ID and passport for a buy now paylater (pay in 6 months) plan, the guy still asked for the last four digits of my credit card.
Still, overall a decent experience.

The salesman in the Tottenham Court showroom was extremely helpful and friendly. The appliances were delivered two days later and fitted expertly. The delivery/fitting team were very knowledgeable and efficient. Many thanks for great service from all concerned

The store has a click and collect desk but isn't used. After waiting at the click and collect desk for a while I was told I had to go queue in the main line instead. only one line, and Took ages ! Not what you'd expect. The lady that served was friendly enough when I got there.

A great deal and helpful salesperson when in a crunch. Just needed a competent laptop for medium home/business needs. Picked up a clearance sale 2 year old good spec laptop to replace a broken 12 year old one. Customer service was great as well.

Bought a laptop from Tottenham Rd, asked if I could collect a couple days later at Hemel Hempstead. Arrive at Hemel store and no one knows anything. No order has been placed. The laptop itself is across all outlets all sold out. I can’t even get a refund because the Tottenham branch aren’t taking the phones from the Hemel branch. Pretty stupid right?

When I bought I Google Pixel 10A back at end of May I was told I was eligible for a £50 Currys gift card which would be emailed to me within 30-40 days. It wasn't. Phoned helpline, they could not help as an inshore purchase. I was told to visit the store where I purchased the mobile which I did. There I was told I would be contacted. I wasn't. I visited the store again and again told I would be contacted with 48h. Again I wasn't. This became a point of principle. Rang again and wasted 40m on the phone. You can not call the store. Terrible customer service. Currys now company of last resort.

UPDATE:
On 6 October contacted Ben at Currys contact social with all the details requested and additional information. Despite a further email sent on 13 October, I have not heard from Ben or anyone at Currys contact social. Currys don’t care about customer service. Avoid this company. Currys contact social zero stars.

I bought an expensive Laptop in the Tottenham Court Road store last October. They obviously thought that I was a stupid customer because they then sold me, without my knowledge, a number of other incompatible things such as 4 times Norton Standard (why would I even want 1 when I had also bought McAfee), Cloud storage and VPN - neither of which I had asked for. Of course, this was not discoverable until 2 weeks after payment due to the Laptop being delivered with the invoice 2 weeks later. It has taken me until now to get them to refund the money which was done without even informing me that it had, at last, been paid. My strong advice to anyone wanting to purchase a PC of any description - DON'T DO SO AT CURRY'S UK - their salespersons are charlatans and the organisation doesn't even have the grace to acknowledge their behaviour. If I could attribute NO stars to this organisation, I would! Finally, if you do have need of them refunding money - for goodness sake persist, they will use every tool in the book to not respond and to certainly not repay.

The staff were polite and attentive. When I asked them questions, they responded accurately and thoroughly. Specifically, when inquiring about the product, they provided detailed and correct information. Overall, they were very courteous and helpful.

The sales person was patient and listened to my problem and acted on what I said. He also consulted another member of staff on areas he was unsure of. Overall he was knowledgeable and helpful.

In 3 months, they haven't refound my money and all the manages.They don't know what to do.They send you customer services and the customer service is nobody helps you.They send you back to the store and the store from the top to the bottom, they don't know what to do. They circuling you around like a donkey from the 3rd of June until now they cannot resolve my problem. It's crazy.

A very friendly and helpful Fred located my guarantee, found a replacement printer for my dead
one, and packed the new one in my travel case for taking home on the bus. Efficient, not at all trying to get me to buy something unnecessary, and top class service.
