I a great grandfather wanted to have new Kitchen Cooker, Freezer,Fridge,Microwave, Air Fryer, Coffeemaker, Kettle and Toaster. Their staff to service your order were very good at their job. But for problems they tried hard to say go on the internet especially after one has taken 3 buses to get there.They used dpd parcel services who did not acknowledge a large note saying I’m working in the back garden, nor did the driver call me on the phone , so he left with 4 parcels,so I had to wait 10 days for my goods, then Curry’s used there van, to deliver the Cooker, the freezer, and the fridge.The last box I opened was the fridge, oh no , OMG its damaged, the top left corner has a 4 bye 3 inch crack , so I went back to Curry’s store and they said it’s not there problem I have to wait for a text for instructions. They showed me what I need to do,The next morning after a good sleep I text the info and a video of the damage ,within 2 hrs Curry’s called and excepted the damage was down to them , they were very sorry for the damage and inconvenience to me. He said I have to go back to there Tottenham Hale store and show them the receipt and my debit card and get fresh receipts. Then they will organise the delivery and take the damaged fridge back. When I followed the instructions by Curry’s to go that evening after my volunteer work to feed the homeless at 8 pm, At the store they were reluctant to serve me at 20-00 hrs , it took 20 mins to get someone to eventually help me process the paperwork.they told me they would deliver the new fridge on Friday ,so I waited and waited to receive a text to say, they will deliver on Saturday. Which they did.?

Vacuum cleaner did not work well but Currys provided a refund quickly when I brought it back a few days later.

15/10/2026 my order pickup I’m going to pickup at middle I got a mail your order cancelled. I don’t know the reason also.
And without any information order pickup cancelled.

Found what i wonted , gave good advice.

It was unclear on the delivery time for pick up, only said “expected”. I walk for 30 mins only to realise that the item wasn’t there to pick up at tottenham hale. Stupid app, should have give a clear info on delivery time, instead of “expected “

My questions answered with clarity as well as information given regarding the product as well as the promotion side of it. Generally it was professionally done and company needs to maintain or promote it further.

Good advice over the purchase of a new laptop. Salesman listened and quickly understood my needs. Competitive price and copying over of my data, though not cheap went fine and the techie explained the process in language I could understand.

Today I came to CURRYS Tottenham hale. Trainer named KOJO (Hisense colleague)served me with his best service and recommendations. He was very friendly and way his explained to me I feel he has alot of knowledge. Very happy to give u guys 5 stars because of KOJO. Well done mate !

Item ordered, day later email received confirming order. I collect 3 days later to be told they don’t have the item. Then lied to and told store tried to contact by phone call only. Told to call a number to get a refund. So many things wrong with this customer journey it's wild. 1. Why send an email telling me the order is ready. You never had the item, so cancel it there and then. 2. You didnt call, cause while I have spam numbers blocked I'm still alerted to the fact. No notifications. 3. For a tech company your ability to contact is limited to just phone calls in big 2026, umm are we aware tech is literally your job!? 4. You don’t have my order and I'm expected to chase my refund. hun you OK?! Do we understand the meaning of customer service 🤔 clearly not, I shouldn't have to demand a refund instore.
5 opportunities to just, well do your job and failed monumentally, and this ain't the 1st time curry's tottenham has been lackluster. Let me know when you fix up...i may return. Probs not!
