Custom Lanyards 4 all Avis 236

I had a small, by comparison, order where I missed the mock up approval email. (It went to spam.). I called Custom Lanyards 4 All in a panic because I needed our order in 2 days. Not only did they turn it around quickly, they did so at their own cost. I received our order and will be able to hand everything out on time. Not to mention, the quality of the product was phenomenal. I highly recommend Sean and his crew and will order from them again.

Don’t use custom lanyard! This company is a joke. They outsource to China. They sent two proofs, first one the image was very small. Second proof the image was larger and I approved it. Once my items came they were of the first proof. When I wrote them with this error they stated they forward the email to the “production company” I sent two photos with this email, what I actually received and my proof. Which were different!! I was returned with an email of “there is a maximum size for the printing area” Not one person disclosed that information when my second proof was sent to me with my images larger. They look nothing like the proof. What a total waste of money as I now have to order through a different company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Lanyards are very low quality and look like cheap. Company has fair pricing but horrible quality!

Product came to me blurry and some stained, I reached out several times only to be ignored. No resolution was ever offered and I can't use these as they are. Horrible product and service.

Horrible customer service! I get different answers every time I speak with someone. The manager even gives me different answers. They do not listen to the customer at all. This will be my one and only order with this company.

Ordering process was easy. If possible could I get a status update on when they will be shipped?

I haven't received them yet but think they will look great. Was a little frustrated that I had to proof multiple times for the same problem. Made me thinking something more was changing. I think you just wanted me to be sure the Logo wouldn't print as clear.

Easy ordering and web site was easy to navigate.

Quality of the lanyards was great but I had requested a 5 day rush on the product. I talked to a customer service agent and followed their directions of listing the 5 day rush in the comments section of the reorder. It still took 10 business days for the reorder to arrive. Would be nice if there was the option to choose a rush order on a reorder.

Nobody has follow up with me to confirm proof so that they can move to production!!!! Please assist.
