The entire process was amazing. Every step of the way, the people I worked with were knowledgeable and helpful. It did take a few times to get the ring to set correct, but it was well within the timeline and I appreciated having it done right as opposed to fast. Overall, it was great and the ring came out amazing

My son created a design based on information about our family, mine and my husband’s ancestors. Custom Made took his drawings and made a perfect ring for us. That was two years ago. Recently, we asked for two more of the same ring for our children which we just received. They are just as beautiful as the first two. Exactly what we asked for. They go back and forth with you making sure every aspect of the design is as you want. They keep you appraised of what is going on throughout each step of the process. We were assigned a contract person who did a phenomenal job keeping us updated and answered all questions immediately. Great company to work with. Great place to get heirloom pieces to pass down for generations.

Emily and Rachel are fantastic! They’ve been so gracious and accommodating! I’ve really enjoyed working with each one of them and they made this experience so enjoyable.

Absolutely amazing. Made the ring exactly as I wanted. Communication was excellent, I highly recommend Custom Made and will be using them to make the wedding band to go along with the engagement ring.

I would highly recommend! They were very punctual and worked with us is so many different ways and in all the different steps. They got us exactly what we were looking for and even went as far to remake the ring because it didn’t turn out how we wanted. Not many companies if any offer services like these.
I would love to see this company offer these servers for cheeper metals and pieces of jewelry. Showered to find a business similar to them with cheeper jewelry but to no avail. That being said, for what they offered it was very reasonable priced and some fine work!

The people who you speak to throughout your entire ring design process are amazing. They answer any questions you have in a good time. The ring itself was absolutely stunning. I could not have asked for one better. 10/10

This is my second charm by CustomMade. Both have been for topographical detailed gold charms of very small islands. As I was very happy with the previous work done in 2023, I came back again for this new one.

The charm arrived on schedule - actually earlier than the estimated time. The work is beautiful. I had provided some pictures and map representations of the island, and from those CustomMade was able to replicate the island accurately, both in outline and in detail.

Communication was outstanding. Every step of the way is detailed, with questions answered, constant sketches and pictures provided, and changes made when requested.

I will definitely be back when I have another custom project. I recommend CustomMade based upon my two experiences.

I absolutely love my necklace. They did a fantastic job. I had vision of how I wanted my necklace to be and they came thru on exactly what I wanted. I was kept informed of the process from beginning to end, even the packaging was beautifully done.

Recently had a customized ring and though I was concerned with trusting the process, I had frequent updates and was included in the entire process up to the completion of the ring. The finished product was very well done and if I decide to have another custom project, I will definitely trust using them again.
