Thank you. Lindsey Hall

Excellent service, can't fault them! Ordering was easy, items arrived quickly and safely, requested paperwork which was sent shortly after. Items are really good quality and great value. Made a note to order from Custompac again - wish all suppliers could be like this!

After a telephone call with a really helpful member of staff, I placed my order and was pleased with the speed of delivery and packaging.

Great company, first purchase came back to us even better than we expected it to. Really proactive and made it easy. Will be back.

They are great just what I wanted

My first purchase went really smooth as I need it really urgent, went to their warehouse to collect. Everyone is friendly and giving me great advice with the next purchase! Definitely 5 star！ Good products at good price!

Very supportive and helpful customer service, excellent product and delivery was very fast and reliable. Definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

Good delivery time.
Good communication from delivery driver.
Good product.

Needed a polystyrene box to transport frozen baby’s milk for a trip and I searched everywhere and found this company online. The ordering process was smooth and the box was delivered 2 days later. It’s a great quality box that did the job!

very quick, good value, good quality

The polystyrene boxes, ice packs and cardboard outers arrived quickly. When I contacted Custompac with a question this was answered very quickly. The boxes themselves are excellent quality and as described- just sent the first 2 away and I have no worries about them or their contents. The only slightly annoying thing was that it was actually cheaper to buy a pack of 10 boxes, rather than just 5 (which was what we currently needed.) So we got 10, and they will all be used eventually but we do need to store them. Never mind, the value for money and quality are more important.

I made an error on the order and the team sorted it out straight away, and were so friendly and helpful.

No issues, good service

I've used them a couple of times for loose EPS balls and had no issues, good service and prompt delivery. Also got good, candid advise when I called them.
