I have ordered embossers and stamps from Cut Bake Stamp a couple of times and have loved each of the products. Delivery is within the time stated on their website. I had to contact them once before to query my order and the response was prompt. Will continue to purchase from them and can highly recommend their products. Overall, great service and value for money.

What can I say, ordered a few stamps and became a little concerned as I did not recieve dispatch email.

Emailed over the weekend and recieved a reply first thing Monday. Confirming items have been sent.

Item actually arrived the following day and had been sent 2nd class so they had just been delayed.

All stamps are perfect and just what I wanted. Arrived well packaged (thanks for the freebiee)

I look forward to purchasing more from this company.

Always accommodating with customs, has a great selection to chose from and really affordable in my opinion, plus great discount opportunities (buy 1 get 1 free from their website) never had any issues & always dispatched within the typical time frame I’d expect for a busy company.

Really dodgey.
Ordered, had a confirmation email. Never heard anything. Tried to contact through email, very poor reply and never heard again. Messaged through instragram (best place to communicate) ghosted me after saying would send proof of postage.
Wrote on one of there customers Instagram posts. Suddenly got some replies. Did receive a refund but I fully only know I got that because I commented on somebody’s post warning them.
Also they said they had sent it on a Sunday and would be in touch regarding proof of postage. Never heard anything then when they replied after me commenting. They said they couldn’t do anything as it was the weekend and the post office is shut. Funny how they said my parcel was posted on a Sunday… definitely scam.
Funnily enough, I can’t find the page anymore. So clearly blocks customers that they have scammed!!
Unbelievable. Reported to trading standards.
DO NOT BUY, unless through Etsy, as you will have cover.

Ordered on a Thursday, arrived the following Wednesday. I got the cutter to fit M&S biscuits. Works like a dream and pleased with the additional debosser complimentary gift. My experience in all aspects has been faultless.

Ordered with no issues but then worried when i received no updates of shipping. I emailed and heard nothing back either so contacted via instagram and was told stamps had been sent the next day royal mail 2nd class. Stamps all arrived the next day and are all great quality! The freebie is fab too!!
I read all the bad reviews below and panicked but i didnt need to have. I think the company just need a better system to let customers know when items have been dispatched, it coukd save alot of extra admin on their part, checking everyones orders all the time!

If I could give no stars I would. Emailed over 5 times now with no reply, no order and a very fed up customer. WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS!!! Don’t buy from these people, honestly in my opinion this is the same as a scam website. Takes your money and gets nothing back. Will be contacting my bank for a refund though fraud channels.

Ordered some stamps along with a custom one (which was the main reason for ordering) when delivered custom stamp was missing in the package, contacted via email, Instagram and their website form, no replies, no concept of refunding money and this is the 4th time they have messed up their order! Not ordering again, they are cheap for a reason and that's how they are keeping their money, not delivering what you order....never again..lesson learned!

Ordered 2 cutters and 2 free direct from website and when they arrived there were only 2 cutters so basically had to pay full price. Emailed the company on many occasions but absolutely no response. Very expensive product if paying full price and if you have any problems it's impossible to talk to anyone or get a response. I tried to put a rating on etsy but as I had bought direct I was not able to and at that time there was no trustpilot rating.

I just wanted to leave a review here as I placed an order on 14.11.2024 from the company’s website. Like most reviewers on here I began to wonder where my order was as I hadn’t yet received a dispatch notification and so I decided to check the reviews and started to get concerned. However, I needn’t have worried as my order arrived today. It was nicely packaged and contained everything I had ordered. I am looking forward to using my items, thank you.

Ordered 12 days ago still haven’t received my order, no answer to my correspondence, last time I ordered they just cancelled order.

I want to take the time to review this company as I can only see bad reviews basically here, while on Etsy they have 15000+ amazing reviews so the reviews on here are definitely not right, maybe they had a bad experience but things happen unfortunately. It’s the same shop as the Etsy one. Anyway, I am very happy I have placed the order before I read the reviews on here because if I read them before I wouldn’t have placed the order and that would have been a shame. Anyway, just want to say they are absolutely great company and you can trust. They work a lot, they send lots of orders and that’s why your order might take longer to arrive. In my case when I reached them out the order was posted but waited to be delivered so not their fault. They have a shop website powered by Shopify and that’s why I placed the order there rather than on Etsy, but after 2 weeks it didn’t arrive yet so I checked here and I read the reviews. Started panicking. Tried to contact them via website and email. No reply. Then I contacted them quite unfriendly to be honest as worried I have been scammed. They replied politely and looked into my order and told me they posted and reassured me. Order arrived today. So my experience is positive, if I didn’t panic the order would have been arrived the day after without fuss.

Really disappointing experience. Poor communication, had to chase them on Instagram for a response as they didn’t reply to my email. Will NOT be buying again. Took ages to get a refund once they told me they hadn’t made the cutters I ordered. If you can’t fulfil orders because you are “ too busy “ don’t accept them!!!!!!! We are all busy, it’s no excuse.

If there is a delay with the order, it would be courteous to be informed.

Currently getting nothing back from customer service regarding my order. It's looking like I won't be able to do the favours for my wedding as planned, so really upset.

Don’t not buy or waste your money.

So I purchased two stamped three weeks ago, and I have never received them. I have emailed several times and have been ignored every single time. The product has been purchased, money taken and now they just ignore me.

I have checked their Facebook and their reviews are terrible!!! Everyone so saying the exact same, and yet they do not response to any of the comments.

Check their Facebook for all their comments, and it’s all recent ones. I have only went back a month and it’s nothing but ignored emails
