Waited over a week with no confirmation that my fabric had been shipped ...Emailed to say so ...got a refund instead of said fabric order !!

Communication and fabric lacking
I ordered fabric 2 weeks ago, I have emailed them twice to find out when I can expect it and still no fabric and no response to my email.
I had a problem with my previous order that was delayed by so long I had almost forgotten about it, they responded to my email and I quickly got my order 2 days later. The total opposite to my current experience.
I just want my fabric which I have paid for.

Bought 50 threads for £15 and very happy with them can't complain about that . It was my first order but won't be my last, I was kept informed when it would be delivered and was impressed they used Evri who I also find good.

It's 9 days after I ordered from here…
It's 9 days after I ordered from here and I still don't have my order or any update.
Website says dispatched and delivered in 3 - 5 days.
I've emailed 3 time and have no reply.
Yet I've been sent an email to leave a review which is a bit hard to give a neutral or positive when I don't have my order so on this occasion I can only give 1 star.
