I’d like to take a moment to recognize Sonia for her outstanding customer service. We initially had a frustrating experience in-store and were on the verge of leaving with a very negative impression, we had an initial visit to buy a bike but after 2 hrs the guy who was showing us bikes was not able to sell anything to us, even fail to recommend some other bikes that were available in your website. However, Sonia stepped in at exactly the right moment and completely turned things around.
She listened carefully to our concerns, addressed each issue with professionalism and genuine care, and made us feel valued as customers. Her approach not only restored our confidence in the store but also demonstrated a high level of product knowledge and dedication.
Thanks to Sonia, what started as a disappointing visit became a positive experience. We ended up purchasing a bike, which speaks volumes about her ability to rebuild trust and deliver excellent service.
