Created a listing I didn’t ask for
Created a listing I didn’t ask for, getting quotes for work we don’t do. Company details that are years out of date. Not very straight forward to remove listing and have to create an account and give them more details before it can be removed.

I had an issue with people contacting…
I had an issue with people contacting when I closed my business down due to my personal details on Cylex. I dropped them an email and they responded within an hour or two, subsequently removing my details from their database and contacted Google directly to inform them my business had closed. Efficient communication.

Great customer service
Following our rebranding, we needed to change a number of our local office listings. Cylex team was very helpful, responding to our email quickly and providing us with admin access to our listings to enable us to make any changes in the future.

We had to take ownership of a number of…
We had to take ownership of a number of listings as we had acquired the companies. Cylex made the process very straight forward and we got our first lead within 24 hours!
We also need to remove a duplicate listing and this was done quickly by the Cylex team.

OMG no amount of utter stupidity can even begin to describe the utter incompetence of this pathetic,stupid half witted,dumb company in Romania.....4 times they removed my listing asking for ID in order to verify with my public liabilty insurance, 4 times Cylex reinstated the listing then removed it again??? These clowns have not a single clue so please please for sanity sake AVOID AVOID AVOID Cylex thinks they are Google but nothing more than a circus run by clowns.I've never got anything from them not 1 single estimate I don't even know why I bothered.
