D-ENERGi Avis 

I was with D-energi for 3 years and always received a great service from them, specially through lockdown.

I have been with this company for over 12 months and I have just renewed again as i was coming to the end of my contract, I have been dealing with Emma who has been exceptional, no hard sell, very easy to speak to and the communications via phone and email with agreeing a new contract was simple, clear and easy.
We all know there a lot of suppliers out there but I would highly suggest you give these guys the chance.

We have found D-ENERGi to be a valuable business partner to our company. Their communications have been first rate and their billing clear and concise. We would strongly recommend for other small and medium sized companies who want their gas/electric supply to be handled with little fuss and bother.

Well run, efficient and helpful company! Smooth transfer of all 11 schools in our multi-academy trust to D-Energi. Any problems or queries were resolved really quickly. Competitive pricing has meant we also get good value for money.

Been with DEnergi for the past 3 yrs, previously on an annual price review account Lee was great in matching the lowest quotes. Renewed now for 3 yrs and lowest price was matched with credit added for loyalty. Can’t fault DEnergi on anything and they’ve never employed pushy sales tactics like other companies and brokers who try and force you to make an on the spot decision when quoting tariffs. Both Emma and Lee have been great. I would recommend to anyone based on my personal experience.

Another great year with D-Energi. We put through a number of other premises energy supply with D-Energi and Emma was excellent in providing a prompt and competitive quote. We also renewed all our existing supplies with D-Energi. Life has become so much easier now that most of our sites are with them on a single renewal date - no more worrying about missing the notification date! Emma sends timely reminders which is very helpful.

D-Energi were helpful in sorting out a supply pricing problem that occurred while our staff who dealt with electricity supply were furloughed and weren't able to renew the contract in time. I would recommend them. We currently have 4 contracts with them.

Scam, signed up a 3 year fix contract for them to jack up the prices each year automatically. Hena provided a quote on email and informed us our annual cost only then to go ahead and add 98p transportation cost. Not mentioned in the email or over the phone saved the call recording. Sending a letter to CEO first thing in the morning.

been with d-energi 1st year of 2 year fixed contract no annual statement. now find out not fixed price contract put standing charge up 96p per day willing to bring it down if we sign for further year. WE WILL TAKE THE HIT AND GET OUT WHILE WE CAN. JUST ANOTHER ENERGY CONSULTANCY WITH SMALL PRINT. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
D energy came back after this review still charging the same rates but have reduced our annual charge by £375.60 because they had made a mistake on our calculations. We are still not extending our contract. Trust them even less now looks like they would have ripped us off for even more if we hadn’t complained.

We were contacted By Zico of D Energy (a senior executive) who was very apologetic and has gone above and beyond to rectify our situation. unfortunately his staff didn't have the same commitment to customer satisfaction.

We are using electricity and gas, and in these 9 months we have been very happy with the prices and the service. If everything continues this well until the end of the first year surely we will hire water too.

I am satisfied with the price, I had no problems with the service. Overall a good provider at a decent price for the service. We only use electricity, but I think we also offer gas.

I did a quote on the website a few weeks ago and it came back very quickly and was so much cheaper then my then current provider. I found the switching process very easy to do and so thankful i did. They came and replaced my old meter without any hassle. great customer service and i'm saving a whole lot of money now I'm not with the big six!.

The rates are much cheaper than other competitors out there and it was quick and easy to transfer.
