This place doesn’t value their customers and they will lie to you just to get your money and after you order they don’t care if you receive your order or not and when you try to get answer they will disrespect you or lie to you further. I have no idea how they stay in business with this kind of attitude. I order a dress a week ago and paid for expedited shipping and I still didn’t receive the dress and honestly I don’t think they shipped it because the tracking number they gave to me over the phone for UPS was incorrect and they try to tell me it’s not their fault because their system was down plus they had to make the dress which I wasn’t aware of. This will be the first and the last time I shop with them.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered my prom dress through Instagram in March. I paid half of the dress which was $325 and now I can’t get in touch with them to pay the other half/ gt my dress. My parents are furious with the store and me. I tried calling, texting, dming on Instagram and they just read the message and didn’t respond it’s been 3 days now and I still haven’t heard anything. After hearing the rest of these stories I’m not too sure that there will be a positive outcome. Prom is a once in a lifetime even and now I’ll never be able to experience it. This place is a complete scam and I WILL be taking legal action. Don’t waste your time or money.

First, my daughter ordered her prom dress on the 22nd of April and was told that it took 14 business days make the dress then it will be shipped out. We were a little afraid of not receiving the dress on time so we paid an addt 40 and was told that it'll be here on the 10th of May, NO dress, we called again and was told that we were misinformed and the dress will be shipped out next day, NO dress. Called today and the zipper was broken (with NO call)and it'll arrive on Friday but her prom is Saturday and we're unable to get the attachment added to the dress because of time. What a complete waste of money, tears and anger. My daughters prom is ruined and not even an apology or an offer of refund, tracking number, nothing.....

Where is the negative star review at??!! Cause bih just scammed me 300+ dollars. First of all I was told I will receive my dress on April 30th and I got it on May 2nd, didn’t get it on time for my birthday, but I paid for faster shipping! I picked up my dress and it was made like shiii all falling apart so they said I will get my money back then the owner said never mind and blocked my number and Instagram account! These people are frauds, scammers, unprofessional people who have no idea how to run a business now my lawyer will be getting involved.
Leadership is not for everyone.
If ppl cant manage to build a business, be successful and maintain happy customers. Then you should just stop screwing people before you go to jail for fraud & robbery.. I am reporting you to the BBB and taking further legal action

Despite Dach Boutique’s negative reviews, I have to say that I am very pleased with their customer service and my purchase! I am in love with my dress! I ordered a dress from their online store on Feb. 12, 2019, received shipping confirmation on March 4, 2019 and received my dress (via USPS) on March 9, 2019. I became a little impatient on Feb. 22, 2019, and a representative from their store respectfully reiterated that they have a 7-14 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) turnaround time. (I didn’t read the shipping info on their website before ordering unfortunately.) The employees and their social media coordinator were both very professional and very helpful! Also, my dress is perfect and was worth every penny (+$200). The fabric is impeccable, the dress was stitched very well, and not to mention... it’s simply BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! Tips: If you have a certain date that you need your order by PLEASE make sure you let them know because they do custom make everything. I told them the date I needed the dress by and they did their best to accommodate me. If you have questions about your order please don’t hesitate to contact their store (as soon as they open) or send them a friendly message on their Instagram page. Also, if you can try to ORDER A MONTH OR TWO IN ADVANCE just in case it does take a full 14 business days + shipping. Despite the horrible reviews this boutique has, I am thoroughly impressed and pleased with their service and my purchase! I’ll be shopping with them again very soon! :)
THE WORST COMPANY EVER
Paid for a dress in store for shipping for my birthday. I only did shipping because the owner insisted I would have it by my birthday other wise I would of did store pick up. Her and the associate asked me twice when my birthday was and I told them February 25th. The owner promised I would have it by my birthday.. after a week of not receiving a notification about my dress being shipped I called the store and they gave me a bogus tracking number that was never updated.. The owner told me it was usps fault which was a total lie they just never shipped it out. By February 24th I had no choice but to buy a another dress! I am so dissatisfied with this boutique, $300 down the drain and when I confronted the owner after calling the store for 3 hours she told me that i said my birthday was in March 😠😠😠. She refused to give me a refund and insisted giving me store credit instead. I only took the store credit because I didn’t feel like going thru a civil court process. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY PEOPLE!!! It’s not worth it the costumer service is terrible and they will blatantly lie to your face and tell you you cannot have your money back

First to start they are a bunch of thieves that works in the store with no type of customer service, they are rude and unprofessional. I ordered a dress, first they didn’t have it in the store or online so I had to order the dress over the phone with them I was charge an extra $20 for the order I was going to a wedding so I was like no problem. I got the dress it didn’t fit, now I went to the store to exchange it the so called manager that is never in the store her name is Lisa pretend she is doing you a favor, she said she will have the dress change and mail it for me; which I didn’t get on time for the wedding and the dress still didn’t fit when I finally got it and the material was cheap so I returned the dress back by priority mail the dress was delivered to the store and Ms. Manager Lisa said they never got it; but guess what they don’t have a tracking system to scan anything that is returned back to them, Lisa is like I will follow up love, she never did and I never got my credit back because Lisa claimed they never got the dress the post office said they delivered the package in the store. So Lisa and the owner of the store stole $200 from me and got their dress back and never returned any calls from me. They don’t even deserve a 1..no option for 0!!

If I can give it 0 stars I would. How I go into the store to exchange a dress that didn't fit. The only person working in the store didn't say hi, Welcome how can I help you today. An attitude not even a high school student would have. The person working in the store is the same person that in every picture on the business IG page modeling the clothing. All I wanted was a bigger size for a dress or store credit for another item. I had to run after her to help me. I had someone go into the store while on vacation to purchase dress last on stock and no receipt was given. The tag was on the dress and she couldn't say exchange it I didn't want my money back. All she said I can't do anything no exchange no return!!! Owner will be back tomorrow you can come back and talk to him?? She didn't even say what time he owner would be back. Never the hell again!! No more shopping online or uptown in these small stores that photoshop items. The material in person didn't look like the picture online. I am so disappointed yes I am out of $85 dollars but image a pearl top of $300 they need to reevaluate, customer service business. She didn't say good bye, here a business card with owner name, any type of solution. Was busy on the store system. Didn't assist me if I needed help trying on dress. I left the store without an exchange or store credit. After spending $85 dollars on a dress that doesn't fit!!!

They shipped my item in a paper bag with NO SHIPPING OR RETURN LABELS. The provided zero tracking or client communication. The item was very poorly made the seam was crooked on the dress. I emailed them they never replied only for me to call and have the owner take it up with PayPal after I sent them back the dress. They only wanted to give store credit. I will never recommend them to ANYONE!
