Don't buy from this company. Dad Gang is full of it.

I was told my delivery was on it's way, a week and a half later I'm told that my items are in back order and don't have a delivery date. I'm going on a month and still no delivery. I spoken with them and they don't offer refund just more bs. Buy from someone else or just don't buy from this company. Still waiting.

I was extremely disappointed

I was extremely disappointed, dealing with this company. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I showed them proof of the photo that it was not my door. The package was delivered to then they continued to state that I would have to be the one to communicate with the delivery company, however they are responsible for choosing who delivers the packages for them. I as the customer should not have to go back and forth with either companies now I’m left with no item and a bunch of wasted time.

Terrible company

Terrible company

One of my best friends loved these hats. He was killed in a mass shooting. Tried to coordinate with the company to buy custom stitched hats and they refused which was fine. I then asked if we could do a group order to buy his favorite color hat and the one he was wearing on that day. They directed me to the website and could not tell me if they were on stock or not. Could have been an easy customer experience win for them but they decided against basic human decency.

Scam Alert: $861.75 in Unpaid Commissions

I am writing this to warn the affiliate community and potential customers about the unethical business practices of Dad Gang (dadgang.co).
I joined their affiliate program in June 2025 and successfully began generating sales in August 2025. Over the course of my partnership, I drove $8,617.50 in sales, which resulted in $861.75 in earned commissions (based on their 10% rate).
Despite my performance, I have not received a single cent of the money owed to me. When I attempted to contact them regarding my payout, their communication was evasive. They claimed that payments are handled entirely by Socialsnowball.io, the platform they use to manage their program. This is a highly suspicious and illogical explanation, as the brand is ultimately responsible for funding their own affiliate payouts on the platform.
To make matters worse, when I recently attempted to log back into my dashboard to check the status, I discovered that I have been completely removed from their program, and my account data has been wiped. This is a blatant act of "scamming" affiliates after they have already provided the marketing value.
If a company lacks the professional ethics to pay the partners who help them grow, I have zero confidence in the quality or reliability of their products. If they are willing to cheat their business partners, they are likely willing to cut corners with their customers. Proceed with extreme caution.

I received two identical hats as a Christmas gift. One was unopened and I asked to exchange it for a different design, not a refund. I even offered to send it back.

Customer service initially said they would check with management, then went silent until I followed up multiple times. The final response was a hard no based on policy. No flexibility, no goodwill, and poor follow-up.

Policies aside, this was an easy situation to handle well. Instead, it was dragged out and shut down. Product might be fine, but the customer experience wasn’t.

Do not give them your business

Unfortunately, I will no longer do business with this company as of today. I bought some of their hats in the past liked them and the fit was nice. I received one as a gift this Christmas that was a different fabric than the previous ones and it does not fit. I reach out to customer service to see if I could exchange it for store credit (to continue to give them my business). They notified me they would not do so, which means that I am stuck with a product I can’t use and my wife wasted her money. Not only is this frustrating, but the email response I received was addressed to another person. Thus emphasizing the lack of customer care and service. As someone who has repeatedly purchased your products for new fathers within my command and my church, I find this outcome deeply disappointing and unacceptable.

Cute hats, no exchanges.

There are no returns or exchanges on hats. I bought one in November as a Christmas gift. Now a month later and Christmas is over, we’ve now realized it’s too big unfortunately. Nice looking hat but now I’m stuck with a hat that doesn’t fit and my husband shorted a gift. I refuse to buy another one because if it doesn’t fit again there are no returns or exchanges.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. They ship with UniUni, which is one of the worst carriers I’ve ever dealt with. My package was delivered and left in my lobby instead of being delivered directly to my door, and it was stolen. The company refused to replace it or issue a refund.

I joined DadGang.co’s affiliate program via Social Snowball, and earned commission through legitimate sales. My commissions are clearly tracked on the dashboard, but I have not been paid after nearly a month.

I’ve contacted the brand multiple times via email – no response.
Social Snowball confirmed that DadGang is responsible for handling all payouts, but the brand has been completely unresponsive.

This is a warning for other affiliates – do not waste your time promoting brands that don’t honor their commitments.

I’ve tried ordering 5 hats in the last couple weeks and they continues to refund or say they are and their customer service team is horrible, no response and no care, actually getting ready to file a lawsuit against this company and file through the BBB

I joined the affiliate program of DadGang Co through the Socialsnowball platform on May 30, 2025. The total revenue I generated for the brand was approximately $85,000, and the commission recorded by the system for me was $8,500.
However, it has been over 70 days, and I still have not received the commission payment via PayPal. I have sent more than 15 emails to their support team requesting clarification, but have received no response whatsoever.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience and has made me feel exploited. My team and I invested a great deal of effort, time, and resources to generate significant revenue for DadGang Co, only to be met with silence and a lack of accountability in return.
I will not remove this review until I receive an official response and the payment that was promised by DadGang Co. I did not expect a major brand to operate in such an unprofessional and non-transparent manner.

Worst company

Worst company, customer service horrible and owner don’t care about customer. Return/exchange policy extremely strick , basicaly return/exchange is imposible with them. Dad Gang the worst company. Stay away from them. If you buy a hat from them don’t even try it on if you not sure if you going to keep it. Owners care more about money than custumer, for them loosing a client is nothing.

Got a hat from my fiancé for Father’s…

Got a hat from my fiancé for Father’s Day. She picked the classic dad hat version and it arrived with no issue. Only thing is, this thing is TINY. It sits on your head weird and just looks flat out terrible. Cool, we’ll just exchange it or return it for one of the regular style hats. No. This trash company doesn’t do returns or exchanges. Claiming to have the best fitting hats, and offering nothing when the said best fitting hat don’t fit is an absolute trash business model. Don’t gamble with this company if you’re curious about sizing, because if you’re wrong, you’re just out of luck. I’m someone who pretty much only wears 47’ Cleanups. Their version of it is literally like half the length of that. If y’all trust anything on here, DO NOT BUY THAT HAT. The other hats fit fine in all transparency, but I’m not shopping with them anymore based around that trash no return or exchange policy.

❌ Unpaid Affiliate Commission – Unprofessional and Unresponsive

I joined Dad Gang’s affiliate program and legitimately earned $685 in commissions through organic traffic and verified conversions. However, after generating revenue, my account was suddenly removed without prior warning or explanation.

I contacted their team multiple times, offering to provide evidence of compliant traffic and requesting my earned commission. To date, I have received no response whatsoever.

This lack of transparency, accountability, and professional communication is deeply concerning — especially for a brand that claims to support community and integrity.

If you’re an affiliate, beware — you might do the work and never get paid. If you’re a customer, ask yourself if this is the kind of business you want to support.

I am now pursuing legal action through Washington State Small Claims Court and filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this brand.

Awesome gift for dads!

I have received 8 hats from them and 1 for my child and I love them! Great quality hats for all dads. I get lots of compliments and asked where I get them from. I will say, I don’t see myself EVER spending the $45 for a t-shirt.

I read the other reviews left on here and they do specify that ALL SALES ARE FINAL on their website so there’s that.
