We were really hoping for something refreshing, but unfortunately these missed the mark for all of us. Based on our experience, we wouldn’t order them again.

I mainly purchase smoothies, and they are absolutely delicious. Also, when I needed them, their customer service has been excellent. I plan on being a member for years to come.

My husband and I have been starting our day with smoothies from Daily Harvest since 2019, almost every day! When we are on vacation, we look forward to getting back to them. I like that I can see the actual frozen fruit. We add protein and fiber to ours and use just water. It's great to feel like you are doing something good for your body at the start of the day. I recently tried the Golden Chai Immunity Support which is easy to make and I enjoyed it. The free items with your order make it easy to try new things. The smoothies are part of our daily life, and we rotate between most of the flavors. Love them!

I have been using Daily Harvest for years. I love that I can consistently create a healthy, fresh meal using little additional ingredients. Bonus -- my kids love them too; Mint Chip and Carrot Chia are favorites.

I have been using Daily Harvest for over 10 years. I mainly buy the smoothies but I have tried several other products as it has grown and co tiniest to diversity. Lots of great options and good reliability for when the package will ship and show up. Huge fan of daily harvest smoothies!

Ive gotten about 3 to 4 orders of smoothies and oat bowls and I am 1000% satisfied 😌
My teen daughters use whole milk and drink smoothies only, they don't care for the oats saying that they are weak in flavor. I think that the oats are amazing, with milk or water. I eat as overnight (cold) oats.
The ingredients are bomb and top tier, I can't believe the veggies that they squeeze into everything! I love the FSA and HSA options to pay. Daily Harvest fo life !
Edit- the flavors arent subtle at all; I think most palates are used to smoothies that taste superrr concentrated. I think thats because thsese smoothies tend to depend on added sugars like fruit juices, fruit syrups, or just straight up added sugar or corn syrup. Its like comparing commercial bottled orange juice to fresh squeezed juice, the freshness and flavor is real and unbeatable. I get more of what I pay for, real fresh fruits and veggies and not a bunch of filler and crap.

Was so excited to try the smoothies. My first try was the mixed berry. It was awful. Very little berry flavor and it had a gritty/powder texture. It took some time for me to get that taste out of my mouth.
So disappointed after spending 60+ dollars. Now I’m hesitant to try the others I purchased. I might just throw all of the away.

Wrote several times but never a response over weeks. Product was warm; no dry ice in tact and taste was ver sub par. FIND A DIFFERENT PRODUCT!!!

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I'm going to have to cancel after several very frustrating interactions.
First, I have received two boxes (out of four) in which the food was thawed. I received one replacement box that was okay, but it should have had more dry ice in the container. I was not charged for that replacement, of course.
Second, I received another box with thawed food. I was told I would receive a replacement box at no charge since the food had thawed. Today, my credit card shows a charge of over $150 for a new box. I should have been notified that I needed to skip the new box, since I'll be receiving the replacement AND new box on the same day/week!
Third, I have been waiting online for over 1 and 1/2 hours trying to resolve this issue.
Fourth, after texting, waiting online, and emailing, I finally got an email telling me that the two boxes will be arriving in two days.
I wonder if these two boxes will be frozen or thawed...

I placed an order with Daily Harvest and selected a delivery date of 12/19/25. On 12/19/25 I received an email that the delivery date was now 12/23/25. I instantly sent an email explaining that I would be out of town on this day and never would have placed the order if the delivery date was 12/23/25. I asked to cancel the order. I received an email response stating they were sorry and couldn't cancel the order. They offered no solution or compensation. I have screenshots to document everything. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company. This is my second negative experience in a month. I gave them a second try and won't give them a third.

More than half of the boxes I've received have been completely thawed. No Ice of any kind inside the box. When I've asked customer service for assistance they wanted me to open each package to check for thawing/food safety.

Never had a problem with the food. It was how poor their customer service has gotten that made me cancel my plan with them. And it all could have been avoided with a really simple fix. Now I will no longer do business with them going forward, and will deter others from doing likewise. There are ways to chase profit ethically but this company does not subscribe to that.

Good food and I hate that I am now a “former customer” because I did like the food, but the packages often arrived open with food spilling out into them and items missing; you better keep track if you want to make sure you’re getting all that you actually ordered. The customer service if fast but needs quite a bit of work. Resolutions are not sending you what you ordered, but refunding you a lesser amount than what you should receive for the items.
The response to the expression of dissatisfaction with the resolution is giving you a coupon for the next order; recently that did not amount to the total refund that I should have received.
Unfortunately, this has become much more of a hassle, dealing with damaged items or missing items from every order and having to deal with customer service, versus just enjoying the food.

Daily Harvest cares about the quality of their product and that your items are delivered in outstanding condition!! I reached out to their team about a concern with a shipment and they responded promptly and were extremely helpful. I could not have asked for a better outcome or better service. I look forward to placing many more orders with them!

If I could give zero stars, I would. They have not been able to deliver a single box on time and it is not the fault of UPS. They do not actually fill the orders on time, so they come late and melted. Just worthless! Do not try this service.
