Daily Sparkle Avis 

Had a special sparkling times done for a lady who was going to be 100 & it was amazing.

I rated the course 2 star as it added no value to what I already know. More suited for people new to the role of working in activities.

Having signed up for several formats which aim to provide a service that activity coordinators can use - this one is worth the money. It helps you plan your day, week and month and year. The format is issued with plenty of back up help sheets and issued well in advance - so you aren’t left floundering at the last minute.
Activity instructions are easy to follow.
Yes, it’s not cheap, but it does exactly what they set out to do. My residents tell me off if I’m late priming it out. The staff engage with the paper and thus the residents. It’s a Hands down winner !

Daily Sparkle is an amazing resource and we regularly use the ideas for activities in our service.

Excellent tool for residents and Activities staff. Always things of interest and great ideas for residents to be involved with.

The sparkle is a great resource, that we offer group and individual sessions.
Every Monday we have an hour session, then through the week it is utilised for shorter sessions and the music is used every Friday as part of our group quiz.

we often run over time with our daily sparkle but when you enjoy daily sparkle what does it matter when everyone enjoys the social aspect
we love the musical sparkle and that you get a CD and the words to the songs. this ensures everyone has a chance to sing and enjoy the session. we also love the newsletter and magazines the support to ensure the residents have lots of sparkle throughout their day

We love the weekly newsletters and there is so much more to be had as well.

Great resource to use with all of the residents in our home

I was really happy with the daily sparkle training.
The trainer was very thorough and explained in great detail.
Also the trainer answered all questions we had to the best of her knowledge.
I learnt alot from this training as activity coordinator is a new role to me, and was very good hearing what others do in their settings.
I would recommend this training to others.

Our residents love the daily sparkle. Our living room is full at 10:30am when i read it to everyone. They are keen to get involved and have conversations about the content. Its been a great addition to the home.

Fantastic training day. It was Informative and interesting throughout. I came away excited to get back to work and implement all the new ideas I had gained.

We have sent three staff members on the training. One had a positive experience on one day. the other two who attended on another day were less glowing about the training. However when encouraged them to focus on what they did get out of the training, how what they had learnt would benefit residents and the outcomes for them they were much more positive. The initial feedback we gave to the training director was taken seriously, contact was made with us to discuss the comments made by our staff. I was more than happy with the response and the efforts made to resolve any issues we had. we would defiantly send staff on this training in the future.

Excellent and staff follow up and how to make it work for you.

We have been using the Daily Sparkle for several months now and i would just like to share how much our residents enjoy it . We discuss the paper in a large group in our lounge which is very popular also the paper is then distributed to residents in their rooms so the whole home benefits . Recently myself and a colleague attended one of the Sparkles training sessions we found this very valuable and took away many ideas that we have now put into place.
Using the Daily Sparkle makes planning our activities a whole lot easier and to be honest saves so much time .

Daily sparkle is full of great information for using in our Reminicing groups and the quizzes are clear and very interesting.
There is so many activities you can do with all this wonderful information . I really enjoy the quality and the beautiful clear pictures and enjoy using them . The topics are original, relative to our needs and always create lots of interest. The information is easy to use and communicate. The quizzes are great and not to difficult .
