The book was The Dairy Book of Home Cookery. The Dairy Diary followed in the early eighties, beginning with the 1982 Dairy Diary. i still have dairy diaries that date back to 2012 when i fell in love with them by luck over the internet. The best diary for men and women alike. so much relevant info. ONE YEAR I BASED A PUB QUIZ ON THE INFO IT CONTAINED!!! So much colour, so easy to read. what more do we paper diarists need?

The Retro Book in particular
I received my Dairy Diary Set along with the Retro Recipe book just recently. Everything was beautifully packaged as usual.
I have purchased many books and diaries over the years and always been very pleased but this time the Retro Recipe Book was outstanding. The cover was beautiful and all the illustrations of the recipes mouthwatering. Will be recreating old favourites soon.
This book would make a wonderful gift for anyone. Thank you so much.
