I ordered with Damart and they were very cordial on the phone with me. A month had gone by and I still hadn't rec'd my order. I looked it up on line and it said it had cancelled my order. I emailed them, asking why. Still haven't heard back. So without notice they cancelled on me and I don't know why. Very disappointed.....

I have two pair of fleece pants. They both fit wonderfully. I decided to order a third pair as I like to change out often. The third pair I ordered arrived and when I tried them on, I found that even though they were the same size as the others, they were cut smaller. I am disappointed, as I am still wearing the others and like them very much, the new ones had to be sent back as they were not comfortable. I am waiting to get a replacement to see if they fit.

The service was quick, but there were some issues.
Firstly, there were two different pairs of jeans ordered and neither one fit properly. They were both advertised as a slim fit, but were bulky, sagging and oversized through the hips. I had to return both pair.
Secondly, when I returned the first pair of jeans, I requested an exchange but was given a refund, so I ordered again and received a duplicate order of the same items. I had to return the duplicate order and hope that my refund includes return shipping.

We pride ourselves on our products and the service and obviously we have failed on this occasion.
We do normally ask people to wait 28 days just in case the parcel is delivered late by the USPS. Also, we are looking at various ways we can improve our delivery in the USA in future, like for instance accurate tracking.
