Lovely development area and outstanding support
My partner and I went to see a property with Dandara today in North Mundham that was shown to us by the extremely accommodating Ashley, who made a skeleton construction site available for us to get a feel for the layout of a certain property. This is our second time visiting this development area - mostly due to its location and style, but also due to an advisor like Ashley, who goes above and beyond to ensure we are informed about all the big and small ‘ins and outs’ and makes us feel extremely supported when looking at this big next step of buying a house.

The entire process, from start to finish, has been smooth and hassle-free, thanks to Charlotte’s support. Having come from a new-build property before, we were a bit worried about going through the snagging process again, but those concerns quickly disappeared. We’ve been really impressed with the build quality at The Pines and the level of detail. Any minor issues we’ve noticed so far have been handled promptly and professionally by the site team.

Disappointed with The Charleston upstairs design. You should send both your architect and builder in with a tape measure as there is no way to fit in a double bed with bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and be able to walk around the bed

The team have been brilliant from start to finish, I have never owned a new home before and the whole process has been seamless. Nothing is too much trouble, the house is wonderful and built to a really high spec with attention to detail throughout. Thank you to everyone involved I feel very lucky to own a Dandara home.
