No explanation for unfulfilled order.
Ordered a top for my husbands birthday. A week later chased, no explanation why I hadn’t received it, just a refund. So my husband had no birthday present on the day.

I recently bought the "VIP Card" which gets me free delivery so worth if for that alone but then ordered two "DJK" caps & the savings on them covered the cost of the card & the caps are top quality compared to other designer caps I own. First time purchaser from England
First time purchaser from England. Couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the price of the Canada Goose Hybridge Down Jacket, priced almost £200 cheaper on DJK. I thought this must be a scam - but did my research and placed my order. Am pleased to say they are spectacular; beyond almost Canada Goose themselves. Delivery is second to none. Item arrived double bagged and on a Saturday too!
Only 1 minor gripe - Was the smell of the coat - had a plastic bag wrapper air to it - probably from being in the double wrapped bag, perhaps items travelling so far could be boxed.
Overall - excellent!!

Disappointing service & a WARNING to others
I am really disappointed with my recent experience with DJK. I bought a CP Company jacket for my son for his birthday, which didn't fit him. I sent it back promptly and was subsequently advised that 'Final Sale' items are not refundable and after reaching out to the Customer Care team, I was directed to small print within the 'Help' section.
I pointed out to DJK that unless an item is made to measure, personalised or perishable, everyone is 'legally' entitled to a full refund (as long as you return the item within 14 days). DJK don't care about this and are sticking to the mantra of 'read the small print'.
I've never come across an online retailer that won't let you order an item and try it on to see if it fits/you like it, so my warning to others is that DJK are not willing to provide refunds for sale items, so please take real care when ordering stuff as you might get stuck with a credit note, irrespective of your legal right to a refund!!!!
UPDATE: my credit card company have authorised my Section 75 claim and will provide a refund. DON’T GET FOBBED OFF BY DJK. USE A CREDIT CARD AND YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND EVEN FOR SALE ITEMS.

Hi DJK. I recently purchased a water bottle from you, mainly due to the name DJK…. 😜 thought it would be fun to have a branded item reflecting my initials.
Anyway - constructive feedback:
Delivery time = fine
Packaging = like the branded box and hand written card - nice touch (I might frame it 🤔😜) Although no dunnage to support the item so it rattled in the big box.
Shipment cost = on the high side for the item but it is international so I get it.
Shipment tracking = very well informed.
Item = very underwhelmed. I thought for the cost, the water bottle would be better quality. It’s made of the hard/brittle plastic so it will not last. The design of the top is does not support ease to use especially at the gym.
I hope this is taken with a positive outlook to improve your product.
