I’ve been a customer of Dean and Tony’s programs for a while, and my experience has always been positive, but their support team recently blew me away. After a minor billing error, they not only refunded my $47 immediately but also gave me two full months for free as a courtesy.
It is very rare to find a company with this level of integrity and care for its members. They definitely deliver more than they promise!

I think mastermind is doing something great but I feel for somebody who doesn't have much experience in this area they should have a beginner's course where it's 1 in 1 teaching people all the fundamental And have them take it slow by slow not everybody is tech-savvy as everybody else's or like the new kids now they're very knowledgeable about this stuff but for us older people over 50 it is very mind-boggling

SCANDALOUS billing practices – they charged me approx ~$528 CAD over 8 months after I thought I signed up for a $1 trial in May 2025. I enrolled for what I believed was a one-time access to motivational content with Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi, hoping to pull myself out of grief. I never used the platform – no logins or content accessed.
The $1 trial auto-renewed to approximately ~$66 CAD/month ($47 USD plus conversion) without monthly statements or reminders, which I only discovered in January 2026 on my credit card. I emailed support immediately to request a full refund, explaining my situation. They refunded the month that had just been charged for the following month($47 USD), ignoring the rest despite my zero usage and hardship.
I think it’s a disgrace that names like Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi are associated with these misleading subscriptions. I’ve escalated multiple times but no full resolution. Advise caution with auto-renewals – be aware!

I want to start by saying that the video courses and educational content on Mastermind.com are genuinely valuable. The speakers are inspiring, the structure is well thought out, and the mindset and business strategies shared are motivating and high quality. From a learning perspective, the platform delivers strong content.
However, my experience with the Business Hub and technical support has been very disappointing.
For over a month, I have been unable to properly configure a core feature of the Business Hub — email integration (Mailgun) — despite:
Following all official documentation
Having a fully verified Mailgun domain (DNS, SPF, DKIM)
Contacting support multiple times
Attending two live Zoom support sessions
Providing screenshots and detailed technical explanations
The issue itself appears to be minor and well-known (Mailgun must be connected via API, not SMTP), yet it took weeks to even reach a point where support acknowledged that they need to activate it manually on their end.
During this time, I was effectively blocked from using key Business Hub services, including email automations and site-related workflows — services that are part of a paid $997 subscription.
While the learning content is excellent, the technical execution and escalation process do not currently match the level of professionalism promoted by the brand. For a platform positioned as a premium business solution, I would expect faster resolution, clearer guidance, and better coordination between documentation and actual platform behavior.
I truly hope Mastermind improves its technical support processes, because the educational side of the platform deserves a more reliable infrastructure behind it.

SCANDALOUS Scammers, they scammed me for 1844 Euros, after I thought I made a donation of 1 dollar for charity. I enrolled for a free event with Dean Graziosi, I could make a donation 1 USD for charity, which I did, not knowing that my donation entailed a monthly membership payment of 97,00 USD. When I saw this I have sent an email and all they do is trying to sell new programs and only stopping the membership, which I can do myself as well. I think its a disgrace that people like Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins let their good names being used for this scandalous activities. I advise to not get scammed ! Be aware!

I got answers after a little frustration. My first email was answered incorrectly because it was not read completely. I emailed a second time explaining the situation. I was promptly answered and things were taken care of and an apology was given.
