Horrible experience! I will never order again. Ordered the first time and i was told after waiting for 2 wks that the item was no longer available. I requested for a refund which i am still waiting for by the way as i have been told they didn’t charge the credit card which clearly they did so i had to contact them for the 3rd time. I reordered a week after the first one was cancelled and it took nearly 3 wks before i got my item.

I have bought a fur vest. After waiting 2 weeks and twice spoke with support team which promised that it is notmal waiting time suddenly got a refund.

Waiting for weeks for items to arrive. Always such a long wait. Nice products but ALWAYS issues with shipping

Ordered on the 6th November and the order still hasn't arrived. Shein would have the order here in a week all the way from China!
Don't sell it if you can't provide it!

Please don’t use PBT Couriers. Worst courier service ever that leaves expensive packages in places for everyone to see. Your clothes are nice though

Just poor poor quality given the price point. Purchased a jersey for $115 and after one wash the material came out rough and bobbled.

It now looks like $15 jersey.

This is the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I was trying to get a store credit but the girl wasn’t helping very much, so my partner came in to talk to her. He can be direct but certainly didn’t mean to be rude. We came back later to talk to the manager who is seriously the most unprofessional person I’ve encountered in retail. She gave me store credit and that should have been the end of it but she went on to say how rude and condescending my partner was to her employee, and then her two other staff joined in ganging up on us. The job of a manager is to diffuse a situation and make it right not argue with customers in front of other customers and allow your staff to do the same! Obviously these staff have no training in how to handle customers. She told me to use my store credit at another shop but not to come back! I’ve been a loyal customer for years but I’m not sure I’ll be returning.

I had accidentally ordered my evoucher to a dead email address. I have attempted to email that was 24hrs ago. Attempted to call where it said 5min wait (waited 10mins then cut me straight to leave a voice message). I even tried to live chat where it said there are 4 in queue but that was about 30mins ago? What could take that long? Very poor and misleading customer service lead times.

Ikhlas from the Werribee store is a gem .
The customer service I received was second to none.
I would not have purchased so many beautiful outfits if she had not ran back and fourth to assist me in the size I liked best .
I could see she was as helpful to me as she was to other women in the change rooms .
This impressed me enough to write a review to acknowledge her outstanding customer service .
Never change .... You truly impressed me .

Went to the shop at Marion never had worst service in my life the lady that was at the change rooms was talking to another worker there for at least 20 minutes over life problems but in the meantime I'm in a changing rooms I need help so I ended up getting dressed going out to get another pair of jeans to go back in to get undressed to try the them on not ask me if I needed help to busy talking to a workmate such bad service especially when I spent 300 in the store worst service of ever had.

Crap quality expensive clothing, jumpers pill, skirts pulls all through them, blazer has pilling, Jean zips, terrible returns that take forever all bad from this crap store
