Went Portsmouth...
Visited the little Deep Blue Fish & Chips next to the aquarium.
We asked what they did that is non Dairy.
They told us the Sausage or the chicken nuggets...
Ordered chicken nuggets, waited over half hour for them, they came with batter!!! Clearly has butter in!!!
And they knew these chicken nuggets where for a 7 year old child!!!
Eating these nuggets could have put her in hospital!!!
My partner just asked she can't eat these can you please just change it for a sausage. They said no! You have to get in the back of the que and wait another half hour!
My partner said I told you my daughter has a dairy allergy! She can not eat dairy, they just turned there back to her and started serving someone else!
Discussting! They could have put a child in hospital!!!!!!!!
And they didn't even care!!!!
Reporting to trading standards!
Never eating there again!

Took my delivery order on the website but won't deliver…
Took my delivery order on the website along with my money and then tell me they won't be delivering despite the fact they are still open for 30 minutes. It's okay though, I'll get my money back in 2-3 days!
Appalling, you've lost a customer after pulling this crap.
