I returned the first one I bought has I didn't realize it didn't have a hole for the camera. The company sent a shipping label and a credit immediately.. so I could buy one that I can use the camera on my phone with.. good service

I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max and I’m not sure it is really your product as much as the design of the iPhone. The top of the back across the camera is nowhere near stable as it needs to be over overtime.

I'm happy there are companies like this creating quality products that are less harmful to our health. The only reason I'm giving four stars is that the one of the "air tubes" I think they call them seems to be curled and as a result it doesn't really want to stay set in my ear...they basically work if I'm sitting still but it frequently falls out of the ear if you are moving (or exercising). I still kept them but the design could use a little improvement. I'm sure they'll get there eventually.
