Defibs and Training from Defib Store Excellent
we recently purchased 18 #defibs from Defib Store along with 8 sessions of training for our employees. All of the sessions received excellent feedback on both the trainer, content of the training and the Defibs, these are easy to use should the need arise. We should have done this much sooner!

Great Defib Service
I have started the research with Defib long time ago and had to hold for some time due to management decision. Vivienne was great she had to amend the Company Name for us and resend the PO and when all on the way to us it was very quick process. We have a
Defib on the wall in the office and we have done full training and demonstration how this all works to our staff is no brainer and they are all happy to use it without the hesitation. Thank you

Great service
Needed a replacement battery for our defibrillator and most suppliers were showing it as out of stock. The defibstore had one - at a very good price - and despatched it immediately. Very happy customer!

Hired defib
Hired a defib for a month in the summer. Service was excellent. No problems with ordering, delivery, collection etc. Very reasonable rates. Would recommend.

Excellent Service
We have just had our defibrillators serviced by Defib Store Ltd. We also chose to hire loan defibrillators whilst ours were being serviced. We were really impressed with the service we received as we were updated on our order every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Defib Store Ltd.

Excellent Company Communication
Endeavour Woodcrafts CIC did not really know what defib to buy or rent nor the advantages or disadvantages of either. We had no idea on finding a training session for the staff either.
After researching on line Rent a Defib was our choice of supplier and we were not disappointed.
Our contact was Vivienne Nicholls who was fabulous from start to finish! Communication was easy, straightforward and clear. She arranged for the paperwork to be sent, the defib to arrive and the training package was included. Thank you for making the process so easy and the machine is of course as expected from this company - first class!

Extremely helpful and professional
On behalf of Chester Scouts I've bought pads, batteries, and a complete AED with cabinet from the Defib Store, and have never had a problem with them nor the company. The staff (expecially Luke) have always been incredibly helpful, they certainly know their stuff, and nothing seems too much trouble for them. In short, they take their job as seriously as their customers do

Great service, highly recommend
Defib store regularly provide defib machines to my organisation for short term rental. They always provide a fast and helpful service and the devices arrive in great condition and on time. Pick up service by courier is easy and convenient. I highly recommend the company and will continue to use them.
