DeliveryEasy is our preferred and go to meal delivery app. The customer service are actually reachable and go above and beyond to help when errors arise. They’ve given us free delivery codes just because our order arrives later than expected!
My only constructive point is that I wish you could pay extra to be guaranteed the first delivery rather than waiting for your food to go cold while they deliver to another customer first :) still choose them over Uber and others every time

Fast delivery. Friendly driver

I have bad experiences two weeks in a row using them through New World express delivery. Today they left all my groceries in the wrong place and I had to make many trips up and down stairs to get them. I left really clear instructions. I get them delivered because I am not meant to lift heavy things. I don't find them very considerate or respectful. Often they are just talking to someone on their airpods the whole time and don't even acknowledge you or listen to you. I would rather avoid deliver easy now. Poor service.

Delivery on time food still hot highly recommend

Fast efficient and very helpful driver. Also needed to contact support about an issue with the order and this was corrected for me immediately. Unbelievable excellent support and driver.

The food from China Beach in Paraparaumu is superb. We got the pack A deal and it was delivered earlier than forecast on the app. Great food, great service, thanks teams!

The meals were delivered on time, and they were hot - no reheating required.
The quality of the food was the same as if you ordered it in the restaurant- delicious!

Good food and great service

After collecting my food the delivery person got a flat tyre. Crap happens - poor guy....
This resulted in my food arriving a little late and 1 item of food being not as hot as I would have liked- cold chips!!! :( - but the rest of the order was fine.
Communication was excellent.
I was contacted and advised that there would be a delay and the person who eventually did the delivery was friendly - as always has been in the past.
I didn't need those chips anyway.... :-D
