We ordered 3 sofas with Denelli 8 years ago and went back today to replace one of them. Steve was really helpful in helping us decide the configuration and style. Would recommend for any looking for a modern, comfortable sofa which is custom made.

End to End 5star Service
The choice of furniture was quite wide in range. The quality of the product was very high. My wife and I spent several months and visited a large number of retailers, both specialist and mainstream before choosing Denelli.
Vish ensured the measurements of the room would accept the furniture we chose before agreeing to proceed, giving us great confidence.
Following our decision to order, we were given a realistic delivery date that didn't change. The delivery itself was well managed by staff who knew their product and gave clear and accurate advice on its use.
From selection to delivery we were treated with respect, understanding and engagement.

Great showroom in MK. Bought two Haven Sofas one with recliner. Arrived ahead of schedule, unpacked and assembled professionally. Good quality items. Well worth a visit to showroom.

Highly professional service with a personal touch
Denelli Italia stock beautiful modern furniture and they are extremely knowledgable and professional in the way they deal with their loyal customers. Whilst they have an impressive showroom they are always happy to help source items that they may not have in stock at that time and it's also always worth checking their amazing clearance bargains too. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great products and better service
We ordered a large quantity of furniture for our new home. Vish was superb from start to finish, giving us great advice while choosing, ordering at the right time, warehousing and delivering a couple of days before we moved in. The delivery went smoothly and with great care.

Still as new, 5 years later
We bought a beautiful, velvet sofa, in 2021, during covid. We ordered it online and were a bit worried that we hadn't trawled round loads of shops and sat on loads of sofas before choosing. It has been the best sofa we have ever bought! Still looks new and so very comfortable. Would definitely order again :)

Great service
I ordered my sofa today and Steve was my sales rep. He was attentive, patient and polite. He ensured that:
1. Firstly we were aligned on the sofa by sharing the image
2. Ensured i had the right configuration (which was key) by me sharing the location where the sofa would be placed and Steve sharing the layout before confirming the booking.
Overall I had a great experience with Steve and I can't wait for my sofa 😀

Good customer service, really helpful
Steve and Ash were both really helpful in sending sample fabric, answering queries etc. the good customer service resulted in me placing the order with Dantelli Italia for our sofa, as opposed to a more local company.

Very pleased with service and sofa quality.
Sales assistance from Steve was very helpful and allowed us to customize a standard sofa and squeeze the order into the last delivery before Christmas. We are very pleased with the sofa on delivery which looks great and is very comfortable with a good quality fabric. On the strength of this we have ordered another identical sofa!

Beautiful Italian furniture and fantastic customer service
We drove 2 hours plus to Danelli Italia in Milton Keynes and we are very happy we did . We were met by very professional team who helped us with our purchases . No sales tactic , pure honesty and genuine customer support . They have some things on offer and pricing to match with quality . My wife and I wished, we had visited Danelli Italia earlier ,coz prior to visiting Danelli , we made very large order / purchases for new home from a another high end furniture retailer , only to find out identical Italian products at Danelli prices are a lot more less ! I would highly recommend anyone wanting quality Italian furniture to make the drive to Milton Keynes to Danelli Italia . Thanks Vishal and team for a wonderful experience, we received all the products on time and carefully delivered with care by your delivery service/ team !

Outstanding service from this Company. We received our tables and they are great quality. Excellent service from ordering right through to checking delivery to them being delivered. The delivery drivers were also outstanding - Vali and Cosmin. They kept us informed on the timings via text messages and kindly delivered direct to our home. Met by Vishal when we arrived at showroom. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took time explaining various options and finally sorted out a great price once we decided on what we wanted. Highly recommend visiting the showroom before buying as they have a large amount of items on display
