Overseas delivery charges are high - be alert
I found the product excellent. The size/fit was good and the cashmere "feel" had substance i.e., not too thin. so, regarding the product, completely satisfied.
My gripe however has to do with delivery charges. It would have been beneficial if the company had offered some differentiation in delivery prices for overseas customers. I did not necessarily require a quick delivery - was prepared to wait a week for the product. I ended up paying a premium for a quick delivery, without being given an option for a cheaper/slower delivery. In the end, delivery amounted to between 15%-20% product value which is ridiculous.
In the meantime, I really appreciate the measured response back from Denner to my remarks - thank you. Moreover, on foot of compliments to my jumper, I have recommended the company to others, with the delivery caveat.

Lovely, different style and great to be able to get a white one.
Did not turn up for two days after predicted arrival and delivery company lied that they had tried but we were not in. Not true. In all day.
However, not in a hurry. Hope you will have more styles later. Have now bought 4 from you

Really lovely cashmere. Just tried cashtouch and merino-cashmere blend also and they are very nice quality too, lovely and soft.

I have most of my wardrobe from Denner…
I have most of my wardrobe from Denner as it's the best cashmere I've ever had, and I love the generosity of its sizing as I am of a very advanced age and tall and not skinny and over the many years, I have collected wonderful pieces from here. Very speedy delivery too.

Be aware - refund from Denner is big problem
I ordered 2 cardigans from Denner. One of them I returned the same day - not happy with colour.
Since I send the parcel back the week ago, I have not got any information about my refund. I called the compony, put the person who talk with me could not help at all: she could not know if they got my parcel , when I will have refund etc.

Please note that until a returned parcel is received back to us, we’re not able to confirm its status or provide a refund update. Return delivery times can vary depending on which service was used and the courier’s tracking/scan updates.
As soon as the return arrives with us and is checked in, the refund is processed automatically and a confirmation email is sent.
