I called to inquire about a part. The lady was unprofessional, rude and unwilling to help. The tone of voice and attitude was unpleasant. I will not be making any further inquiries with this company simply because of the ill mannered customer service. May 16/21 5:45pm. Toronto,Canada.

Bought a set of motorcycle tyres . Rear one is ok , came 1 year old from manufacture , but front one was MORE THAN THREE YEARS OLD from manufacture date. Simply bad practice . Have been riding for over 20 years and first time ever been sold tyres more than 3 years old brand new ! Shocking. Do not ever buy tyres from this shop.

Do not use this company for tires. I just got a set of tires and the tires are over 4 years old. When I called customer service they said they can sell tires up to 6 years old. I have worked in tire stores for years. We do not sell tires on cars over 3 years old, much less on a motorcycle. When I called the "woman" in customer service was rude and offered no apologies or solutions other than they can sell tires up to 6 years old. NEVER AGAIN will they get a penny from me.

Bought a part PAID for next day shipping. it arrived 9 days later. I refused shipment. They didnt refund shipping. I called and asked why they didnt refund shipping. they said "its not guaranteed" and "we aint fedex" How do you not refund when i PAID for next day shipping.. HOW about deniskirk GFYS

Dennis Kirk is a sham... I call once for a return. I get transfered to a guy who claims I been calling all day and threatens to call the cops then hangs up. What the hell is going on over there? No time for those game. They can deal with Visa.

Bought carb rebuild kit $45 plus shipping. Half the parts (orings and gaskets) where unusable due to quality. Called customer service and was offered $10 credit. No returns because I opened the package? How would I know it was a junk part if I can't open it to compair. Stupid.. Will never order again.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered slip on pipes for wife's trike for xmas. They shipped 2 different pipes in the box. Some lady telling me oh newer bikes have different size mid pipes. SURE!! it was written as 2" mouth, got a 2" and 2.5" w t f.
Tech support tries to sell me some hundred and $50 adapter which is completely irrelevant to what the problem is. Finally I gave up and said just give me my damn money. They were just so rude

My front wheel arrived from China before my back one arrives.
It came with two dents. Because lock down was happening and shops were closed I couldn't fit my wheels so took two month to be able to see that damage and when I emailed them they said it was passed the warranty. Then I sent photos and videos and they said they couldn't see it.
I was also emailing China probably because she couldn't even speak English properly. Another USA company sold to cheap Chinese products.

Online shopping was easy and items arrived 1 day earlier than stated

My first order with Dennis Kirk, goods despatched on time by UPS and all seemed to be going well. UPS left $564 of goods on my doorstep and they were stolen. Totally UPS's fault. Spoke to Dennis Kirk on September 4, said they send goods uninsured and unsigned for. I sent the police report and Dennis Kirk said they would open a claim with UPS. Followed up by email September 23, no reply. Today October 10 still no reply and I remain $564 out of pocket. Do yourself a favor and use an established retailer who deals with problems when they happen rather than just ignoring you.

I wish this company would hire a real technical whiz instead of the dummies that cannot answer even the simplest of questions. They say a Memphis Shades MEM 3620 WILL not fit a HD Freewheeler. Actually it is the trigger mounting hardware that makes it bike specific. Memphis Shades answered my questions. I never could get a good answer from Dennis Kirk. I almost bought a lowly reviewed HD stock windshield because they at least guarantee it will fit.

Purchased UTV TEK visors. Shipped right away got them in a couple of days, easy to install and they fit perfect. Thanks for the great product and quick shipping. I will definetly use them again. Thanks

Horrible!! Trying to return items for an EVEN exchange.. they are telling me the cost is $90 because they have to ship the new item. They have received their items and haven't mailed my replacement. They received the items on July 22 and on the 31st, I'm still trying to talk to someone. I called today and they kept me on hold for so long that their system sent me to voicemail. I will not be doing business with them again! First time customer, last time customer.

Watch your money canceld order 2 weeks ago spoke to customer service said they would take care of issues still waiting I'll go to dealer or ebay wouldn't recommend them to my enemies

Literally in their logo it states "we ship today" but that's totally not true. I placed an order on Saturday. It's now the following Thursday. My order has not shipped and they keep giving me the run-around when all they need to do is send it and give me my tracking number. Never dealing with this horrible company again and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Going to have to do a PayPal claim because I don't know if I'll ever receive my package.

I ordered a helmet on a wed and got it on monday found nothing wrong with the helmet. There where a lot of helmets to choose from and at a great price and great customer service what more could you ask for thank you dennis kirk I didn't miss a ride.

Wish I read reviews before using. I was sent the wrong number plate. Was told to return for refund. Spent $30, got $13 refunded?! Wont ever use again.

Wish I read these reviews first. I would never use these guys. Apathetic customer service people. Incorrect fitment data. So much wrong just go somewhere else. Everybody carries the same stuff
