Don't last, very disappointed.
These look great, feel great. BUT they do not last! The elastic loses its ping very quickly and for a pair of shorts costing 300 euros they should have more longevity.
Real shame. Would have stuck to these as go to swimshorts brand, but for that money and lack of lasting wear, absolutely not.

I have recently bought Derek Rose products from Harrods, Mr Porter and most recently directly from Derek Rose online.
All the purchases have been of excellent quality and design - especially my Duke Cashmere Dressing Gown in charcoal! My recent interaction with Beckie at customer service Derek Rose was nothing short of professional, charming and extremely helpful.

Unbelievably good customer service
Unbelievably good customer service. Good products too, only swim shorts I will buy. Had an issue with an older product and it was replaced with a new one within a week, even though they had no obligation to. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Excellent customer service, nothing is too much trouble. Lara pyjamas are amazing such good quality and so comfortable can’t wait to get my new cashmere sweatshirt and pants for Christmas just beautiful items. Lynn from customer service was so helpful like all the other members of the team.

Ordered personalised pjs online. Made a mistake with the thread color, so I emailed them and got an immediate response confirming what I would like. Spoke to a lovely lady called Lynn, who was extremely helpful. I received my two personalised pjs in less than 48 hours of placing the order. The pjs came in beautiful packaging. Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service - to the level I've never experienced before. I contacted customer service to ask about a pyjama I had seen, but couldn't find anywhere and had, to be honest given up on. Fay, the service agent, somehow found it - in stock I suppose, because it was not online, so they must have made an exception for me, so I could buy even though it was from an earlier season. She had everything prepared for me in an easy two-click link and now the pyjama is already on its way to me. You don't find this level of service everywhere and I'm truly astonished.
