DFS Furniture - Birstall Avis 

There was a great choice of recliner sofas, I tried them all out and found the best one for me. Once found the staff were excellent in talking me through the purchase process. Overall an excellent experience.

Pleasant young lady who is in training, checked with her manager to make sure she gave us the correct information. Was helpful but didn’t put us under any pressure, she explained the extras available and accepted our choices.

Professional, friendly but not overly.
Knew his way round the iPad to bring up all the correct details. Double checked I’d ordered the correct item

We were made welcome and were asked for any help if so they were glad to help us in any way,we were not rushed or pushed in purchasing the furniture,They were very helpful.

They couldn’t do enough for us! We were going to pay outright but we needed to put another deposit on the house so they organised finance last second!

Polite service and excellently demonstrated the product. Brilliantly explained our options and financial options.

Not having the best experience with DFS the purchase went fine sofa arrived yesterday and it was unable to fit through the door so back it went .
Tried to ring to speak to someone at DFS was redirected to another number who refused to give me store number
Saying it could take up 72 hrs for someone to call me and I just have to wait .
Im presently with out any seating and no idea when I can reorder
Seems to me DFS are very accommodating when you purchase after wards not so much
Disappointed with this

Very easy and straightforward shopping experience. The customer service was second to none with the staff being very knowledgeable on the products they sell.

Lovely sofas 10/10 but not impressed with delivery drivers who thought it was acceptable to stand my sofas up then let them fall in the van they crashed down onto the van floor they I was watching all this unfold , I confronted the drivers which left me worrying about the damage to the frame , I contacted the delivery company but still yet to hear from them to be honest I don’t think I will

Recently ordered our Sofa for our first home - Nicola looked after us in store and was absolutely amazing. We were undecided between this one and one from another store and she didn’t pressure us at all as she knew it was a big purchase. In the end we fell in love Alani sofa. Nicola talked us through everything making sure we got the correct spec and colour. Would definitely recommend speaking with her. We can’t wait for the sofa to arrive! Thank you Nicola!

No pressure selling allowed space without bugging us

Furniture displays look good. Helpful friendly staff.
Found exactly what we wanted and no sales pressure.
Nicola explained everything we wanted to know and as we had other shops to visit to compare suites she said she would telephone the next day to see if we had seen anything else or would like to place an order on the suite we were interested in which we were and ordered over the phone. Very pleasant and easy to order experience.
