DFS Furniture - Brentford Avis 

Staff were brilliant and helpful, I asked lots of questions that they answered, very quick response on entering the store.

So pleased with the experience we had today, the staff, particularly the manager were extremely helpful and listened to our requirements without making us feel pressured. I would recommend DFS to anyone

We bought a sofa and a TV unit yesterday from the Brentford store, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose the right furniture without making us feel rushed. Their advice and excellent customer service made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. We are very grateful for all their help and are looking forward to receiving our furniture. Greeted by a very helpful Salesperson who was relaxed and not at all pushy. He answered questions put to him thoughtfully and professionally and this resulted in a satisfactory sale.

We had a very pleasant experience at the DFS Brentford thanks to lovely Sweeda and ended up ordering a sofa. Sweeda was amazing patiently guiding us around and answering in great detail every single question we had. We helped ourselves to delicious hot chocolate and now look forward to our new piece of furniture. We are also grateful to the manager for his kind assistance. Harry was friendly and professional. He was great at explaining the different attributes of the various sofas we were interested in and he was never pushy.

Staff member was knowledgeable took time to explain things regarding sofa and chairs to us how to look after them even threw in free coffee when completing paperwork very easy and straight forward

The purchase at the store was very smooth and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

On the other hand the fact that we couldn’t get the sofa directly despite it being ex showroom and living down the door, had to go through a lengthy delivery process was poor. The fact that we had to pay for the delivery and have to wait for what seems no reason 3-4 weeks sounds ridiculous. Definitely wouldn’t recommend the delivery. (Still yet to receive it).

We were warmly welcomed by Sweeda and she thoroughly briefed us about the products we wanted to buy the side table and single chair/sofa, She listined to our enquiries with patience and answered in a nice way for our clarity.
