DFS Furniture - Brigg Avis 

Over many years I have bought lounge furniture from from dfs and their attitude has never changed, they leave you in peace to look around ( no pushy sales talk) so when you need a sales person just look stick your hand in the air and wave at them and they will come to you and answer any questions you have.
Oh yes and the quality of the furniture is very good. MB.

DFS Brilliant from picking the sofas to having deluvered. Got to say the 2 delievery lads were perfect and such good attiutdes

We were going to order online but instead decided that it would be better to talk to an expert face to face. We knew what we wanted but it's always more personal if you have someone who knows what they are doing to talk to. We found just that person at DFS in Brigg. The showroom was only a 35 minutes drive away and we were greeted with quite a few very cheery "good mornings" as we entered which was nice. We spoke with one of the sales team (Colin) who was so helpful in getting our requirements right, there was no "pushy" sales patter it was all "take your time" and "are you sure" all in all a very welcomed and pleasant experience.
Our order complete Colin explained what the process was up to and including delivery. Then a second member of staff came and double checked our order with us before we went ahead and paid (we were offered the 0% interest free option but we decided against it). The cherry on the cake was on top of the savings in the current sale Colin also made us aware of a further discount on the DFS spend and save offer which gave us a further £200 saving, Happy days!

We had a lovely experience in store with the lady who sold our sofa to us. This is for our first home and her patience was really appreciated, we had to change our minds and start again due to our original choice not fitting. The lady was understanding and made us feel comfortable when we were stressed, we accidentally made her go over her work hours, however not once did we feel rushed. She happily stayed to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

Went in to look at a sofa with my grandma. Dean was very clear when giving all the details my grandma needed to hear. As she has to wear hearing aids. He gave her time to process what was being said to her and time to reply. Gave all the details that was needed clearly. Very helpful and understanding.

Amazing experience, everything done quickly and efficiently ensuring we was happy with everything along the way. Can’t wait to receive my sofa now !
