The lady who approached us was an excellent sales lady
The lady who approached us was absolutely lovely she explained everything we needed to know about the furniture we chose she was very knowledgable a nd pushy she is realy lovely sales girl i think her name was Lauren pardon me if im mistaken she was very afficiant very pleasant and was lovely being attended to by her I’m looking forward to my furniture being delivered

The customer service me and my wife and mother in law received from your Doncaster branch from Shannon was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t of asked for anybody better and helped once again couple hours later on the phone while re sorting out the size

came in this morning greeted by a nice polite young man JOSEPH, offered coffee said if want anything give me a call, then did what a good salesman should and left us to choose what we wanted then came over and helped with all the paper work and made the sale

Great experience
Greeted by a very friendly young man who was a massive help in me purchasing my sofa.
Great knowledge of what brand I was looking for, size, colour etc.
Spent a decent amount of time with me and didn't rush to push the sale through.

Great service all round
Great service all round. Lauren was great. Not too pushy. Very informative and explained everything. Offered different options but again not too pushy. We were really happy with the service.

Good choice of suites. Staff were helpful but not pushy and gave us a link to what we liked to look at it at home (measuring etc).
