Great service, polite and welcoming

Saw a sofa we liked online and decided to see it in person to make sure it was the right one for us. Alex was very polite and cheerful and spoke to us about the sofa and we decided to go ahead, Alex was very professional and thorough with regards to the delivery, extra care etc.
