Warm friendly greetings on every visit. No pressure or pushing to purchase, given time and space to try, experience and discover what types and variations were available. HELP, was available at all times if there were any questions, queries or additional information was needed.
It was extremely convenient to be able to bring the dog into the store.
A good and intelligent conversation about the purchase and options available.
In general a Very good experience.

The sales assistant was very helpful, she gave us time and space to make our final decision, which we appreciated, we did not feel under pressure to buy. She advised us on the two different fillings for the cushions and showed us our choice on the internet, which again was helpful.

Great customer service. The store staff were very friendly and approachable. They answered all our questions and gave us the space and time to look around and figure out what we wanted. A fuss free experience from start to finish.
