Choosing a new sofa.
My wife and daughter came with me to help choose a new sofa. We tried several styles and fabrics, and finally settled on the sofa and an armchair that we all agreed on. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable, and explained things to us about how the furniture was made and the fabrics used. We were very happy with the whole process.

Welcoming and friendly, tried out the recliners, several to see which one suited my body and was comfortable to sit in. To make sure I had the right chair for me. Person centred care, at all times.

Service with a smile!
Both sales people we dealt with (Michelle & Lee) were extremely knowledgeable about the product and were able to advise and answer all our questions.
They were keen to demonstrate all aspects of the suite we were looking at.
