We had an excellent experience at DFS today, thanks to Lisa. From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions patiently, and provided helpful advice without being pushy.
Lisa made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, and her outstanding customer service really stood out. She is a credit to DFS and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect sofa. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would highly recommend asking for Lisa if you visit DFS Enfield.

Unable to cancel the order for sofas…

I needed to cancel the order for sofas that I ordered from the Enfield Branch due to a change of circumstance. Over the last three weeks, I have tried to contact DFS via the web chat, customer services, feedback form and formal complaint with no progress. DFS has not acknowledged or responded to my complaint which was made on 20.05.26.

Desperate to resolve this issue, I also visited the store on 23.05.26, and was reassured by the manager that he would email me yesterday or today with a resolution. I have received no email or resolution to this issue from him. The customer service is poor and Ineffective.
Based on the poor standard of customer service, including a system where my requests for cancellation of my order have not completed by DFS, I cannot recommend this company.

Poor service

Mother and I went into the store over a week for just a quote and only to be pressured to place an order part deposit payment and rest on finance. Less than 24hrs we declined the finance with the finance company and they confirmed it cancelled. Also we went into store for our deposit refund and the staffs playing delayed tactics in giving back my refund. Still till date we are still waiting for our refund. Instead, they keep ringing us still playing ignorant and trying to force the sale. We need the store manager to contact us asap otherwise we would have to take up on legal action.

I found it quite a pleasant experience in the beginning of being shown everything that was useful in the item that I was interested in with good knowledge of the sofa that I was interested in. The service was excellent and they were very polite and helpful in the explaining the full details of what I was buying, so thanks for your lovely cooperation and i would recommend DFS to those that are interested in what they were buying +I'd like to thank a Aysel Dogan the salesperson for making my visit a lovely experience cheers bye

Peaceful experience

Staff was extremely friendly and most important gave us time and space to choose what we wanted. Others places we visited had staff following us around the store which was kind of intimidating; however, here at DFS the staff politely waited until they knew we were ready before approaching us.
