Didn't actually go to the shop but ordered a new mattress online, choose a silent night, as I've heard a lot about them,it took about a week to deliver from ordered, happy with my purchase

David Vinson, was really helpful. He talked us through everything in great detail. The finance was a bit of a nightmare as they were very slow. But he did his upmost to try get all of the details over to them for me. I am looking forward to receiving my new sofa’s!

Joshua is Awesome
We were helped by Joshua when purchasing a 3 piece sofa set. His customer service, knowledge of the product, and genuine friendly nature were outstanding. Not only was he amazingly helpful, but he was great with our two little kids. He made our trip to DFS a great experience.

Simple and straightforward
Myself and my partner went to DFS Guildford to get our first sofa together. I had had a little look online before going to get an idea. The store was friendly and efficient and I really liked the fact we were left to our own devices until we finally made our choice. We were approached by a lovely lady whose name I unfortunately didn't get, then swiftly passed to the manager who got the basic information on our order. The manager then handed us over to David who dealt with the whole ordering process; he was informative, helpful and made the transaction smooth. Our order was checked over and the finance aspect was simple. All in all, a great experiance and we were in and out in 30 minutes! Would highly recommend if your needing a new sofa.
