Walked in to look at a specific sofa but that wasn’t in store. We did however find another on clearance which was exactly what we were looking for. Lovely staff and a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience at dfs today. The customer service was amazing. Dan was friendly, very informative, able to answer any questions I had and made the whole experience very relaxed and I left having purchased exactly what I wanted.

Sam Pryse was Excellent and had plenty of time for us, nothing wasn’t to much trouble, she went through every thing with us eg credit agreement, delivery charges to the Channel Islands, she went above and beyond of expectations, a credit to the company.

Absolutely amazing experience from…
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish whilst deciding which sofa I was going to choose. The quality of the furniture which I viewed exceeded my expectations — sturdy, stylish, and exactly as shown online. The sales team in particular Natalie was incredibly friendly and approachable,helpful, patient, and knowledgeable without being pushy.
