DFS Furniture - Oldham Avis 

Really good! Matthew was very helpful while we chose a suite. Very good price. Offered us a cup of coffee while we went through everything. Couldn't decide on colour,so he was very patient..but I've rung twice asking for my receipt for the full amount,via email. Sure they will send out.. .But staff very helpful and no rush to buy. Would definitely recommend DFS Oldham.

Ian was helpful letting me and my husband spend time looking round. We wanted something comfortable. Two recliner chairs and a three piece sofa. Ian helped show us recliner chair with support for your back. Giving us time to decide what we wanted. I think this helped a lot. Not being pressured into buying from the store. We could find him when we were ready.

Matthew at the Oldham branch was super helpful, as he always is. Picked our furniture, chose our style and colour with minimum of fuss. Sorted out the paperwork in no time. Great service as usual. Thanks Matt.

I visited Oldham dfs today and ordered my new couch. I ordered with Paul he was friendly and patient whilst I decided which couch I wanted, once I decided he placed my order efficiently. Great service. Role on six weeks when I receive my couch.

I visited Oldham DFS and it was our First time shopping at DFS. It wasn't just shopping, it was an whole experience start till end. Polite sale representatives that are not trying to sell but actually trying to help. Roheel guided us through the process and honestly he made it so easy that I didn't feel that I would need a second visit before finalising anything. Waiting anxiously for my order.

Salesperson was great, didn't catch his name, came into store on 6/06 around 5pm, explained to us clearly about the finance arrangements and other extras, knew about the product we were looking at, very happy with the service

Listened to what our requirements were and answered all our questions in detail without being pushy just informative throughout the discussion.
We then visited next home next door to compare options and they weren’t offended when I informed them.
We returned for more explanation on cushion options and then as they were very flexible on finance and we could pay the outstanding balance off early with out penalties we decided to order the sofa we liked.

What made my experience great was how smooth and stress free the whole process felt from start to finish. The staff member at DFS was friendly, and knowledgeable without being pushy, which made it easy to take my time and choose the right bed and colour. They explained the different options clearly, including materials and colour.

Overall, DFS stands out for combining good quality products with a customer focused approach. There’s a clear effort to make the buying experience easy and reassuring, which makes a big difference when making a larger purchase like a bed.

They were so helpful

Good help from Matt Lea in the store with dimensions then went home to check it would fit before ordering over the phone from home. I emailed Matt for him to ring me, giving my phone number.

Matt wasn’t available when DFS rang me but Jenny took the order. Unfortunately she spelt my surname incorrectly on the order so I wasn’t able initially to logon and settle the balance on the website. Having spotted the name was incorrect when the confirmation email came through I was then able to logon and pay.

Update:
Matt had been called to A&E for his son, but got back to me later by email and sorted out the spelling error on the order. I’ve uprated the score to 5 stars for his dedication to getting a good job completed!
