Excellent customer service from…

Excellent customer service from Heather. Allowed us the chance to browse and offered some great advice on possible options. Also very accommodating as we had a newborn with us.

I had the best experience at DFS…

I had the best experience at DFS Paisley. As soon as I entered, Ian greeted me, he asked what I was after. I mentioned sofa bed and he took me to various options.
Eventually I decided on one that Ian uses in his house. He showed me how it operates. Ian was so very helpful with choices and how to configure it. The colour choices and what would be the most comfortable for me. I asked if I could get a chaise with storage, he suggested I sit on a chaise that has storage to see how comfortable that is. He was right it wasn’t comfortable. When I told Ian, I wanted a 3 seater and a two seater, he asked good questions like who is sitting on this sofa? Do you have a big family, how often will the sofa bed going to be used.
Ian really looked after me and gave the sofa I wanted and needed. He did not over sell me anything I didn’t need.
Ian suggested looking at side tables. When I did like one, he moved it next to the sofa I had decided on to see how it would feel to sit in the sofa and have the side table next to it. Was it tall enough?
The service Ian gave was above and beyond a sales person at a furniture shop. DFS are very lucky to have Ian!

We had a very nice customer service helping us he was professional polite nothing was a bother to him it was nice to get great customer service from him & happy to get the sofa etc that I loved so didn't go elsewhere thank you this member of staff was so attentive

On arrival was greeted and explained lay out of shop, not pestered and allowed to look around at out leisure. When interested in an item it was explained well about the comfort the support and material of sofa. Happy with service and would recommend to family and friends and would return myself in future.

The quality of the sofa and the…

The quality of the sofa and the delivery time was great however for the price paid and in full on day of purchase over £2000..... I feel the least DFS could have done was given the £39 cleaning kit as gratis would have been a nice gesture

1st class from start to finish.

As soon as we found the furniture we wanted, the woman(sorry can't remember the girls name)who came to deal with us was excellent. We had our 2 grandkids aged 4 and twins, the lady made them fell very welcome which let myself and my wife do the paperwork for our furniture. The lady also asked us all if we would like tea/coffee etc, my 2 grandkids picked hot chocolate which they loved. This help make our experience very relaxed and enjoyable. We picked our furniture and the whole experience was great. So thank you DFS, and especially the lady who helped us she was definitely a 10 .
