We were welcomed by the staff, left alone to look around, when we asked for information it was swiftly provided in a friendly and professional manner, and once we made a choice, the process to purchase was slick, and all done whilst sat on the sofa we had set our hearts on. Easy. Thank you

Someone was quick to help us

Someone was quick to help us. They were able to answer all the questions we needed and then we were left to try out the sofa bed ourselves without any hard sell.

Excellent customer service from the Salisbury store

Over the last few days I have been in and out of the Salisbury Store to choose and order a sofa, I have had excellent service from Ben and the rest of the team. They were attentive without being pushy and nothing was too much trouble with everything being checked and explained in full to me.

Great sofa, poor delivery experience

DFS itself were really good. Helpful store assistants and easy purchase process. Sofa quality is excellent and very comfy.

What let it down was the delivery experience through the sofa delivery company. Only 2/3’s of the corner sofa ware delivered due to incorrect loading of the delivery van. This was not made aware until 20 mins prior to delivery, by the delivery drivers who were told I was made aware earlier. Still awaiting the final part of the sofa and care kit.
