Our family had a great experience & given best customer service from Mitesh. We been given all the information about the sofa & also about sofa care. we bought the sofa with extra 5 years care and Eaziglide so we can move it easily. Overall we are very happy with the product & satisfied with the service provided by Mitesh (Also had a great chat with the store manager). Highly recommend South Rusilip branch to all.

I ordered the Visionary Sofas package from DFS in December, which included a large 2-seat power recliner with screen, a 3-seat power recliner with lumbar support, and a single-seat power recliner with lumbar support.
While the sofas looked great visually, the experience from delivery onwards has been extremely disappointing. The products arrived in March with multiple serious faults. The wireless charging feature did not work, the screen was faulty, and even worse, the recliner controls were incorrectly wired. The left-side controls operated the right-side sofa and vice versa, including both the touchscreen controls and side buttons. This was clearly a major manufacturing fault.
I reported the issue to DFS customer service the very next day. Even the engineer who attended seemed aware there was a problem, yet this was never properly escalated to the store beforehand. DFS then proceeded to order replacement parts for the faulty controls without discussing my preferred resolution first. From the beginning, I requested a refund due to the condition of the products I received, but I was repeatedly told by the Ruislip DFS store manager, Amina, that I had to allow them the opportunity to repair the sofas.
We are now in May, and I am still waiting for repairs. I have now been informed that the replacement parts are “currently due” at the end of June. I do not understand how waiting several more months can reasonably be described as “currently due.” By that stage, I will have waited around 8 months in total since placing the order.
To make matters worse, this purchase was made through a 0% finance agreement with Creation Finance. DFS Ruislip failed to inform the finance company that I had not received a fully functioning product and that repairs were still outstanding. As a result, payments have already started being taken from my account despite the issues remaining unresolved. Had Creation Finance been properly informed, payments would likely not have started.
Throughout this entire process, I have repeatedly requested a refund due to the faulty condition of the products and the excessive delays, yet I feel DFS has taken very little responsibility for the situation. I have not received a genuine apology for the inconvenience, delays, or stress caused.
I was genuinely excited about receiving my new sofas, but the experience has instead caused months of frustration and disappointment. I am writing this review to make others aware of the level of service and communication they may experience when dealing with DFS Ruislip, especially when using finance agreements. Customers should be cautious about making expensive purchases with high expectations, as the aftercare and handling of serious faults in my experience have been extremely poor.
