Sofa buying experience. Very pleased with the customer service…

Very pleased with the customer service we received in DFS store hedge end. We were given time to look around first but when we asked for assistance they came straight over. Josh was very helpful & knowledgable about the sofas we were buying. We would definitely recommend & can’t wait to receive our sofas.

I went in with my disabled friend to buy him a new sofa the experience was fantastic the young lady assistant made sure he was comfortable then took me to look at different sofas she was very knowledgeable and explained very clearly all about the sofa hence we bought one thanku so much

Sofa nightmare

Sofa delivered, after delivery guys left we found a fault with recliner, now been repaired 3 times and still not working correctly. Requested to have replaced or refunded and was then was lied to by call centre and then was told that manager would call to discuss next steps. Been waiting over a week now. Do now feel we're being ignored. So still stuck with broken recliner. £3300 in for a piece of rubbish.

Very disappointed with my experience…

Very disappointed with my experience with DFS regarding the EOS side table.

My brand-new EOS side table was delivered on 27 June. Shortly after delivery, I noticed visible marks on the surface that appear to be fingerprint-like impressions. I tried cleaning them, but they did not disappear.

I reported the issue immediately on the day of delivery and provided photographs. After several emails and follow-ups, DFS have advised that they do not consider these marks to be fingerprints and believe they are part of the natural variation of the faux travertine finish.

However, as a customer receiving a brand-new item, these marks do not look like an intentional design feature to me and I am disappointed that my concern has not been properly resolved.

The communication process has also been frustrating, with multiple emails exchanged over around 10 days without a satisfactory solution.

I hope DFS will reconsider the issue and provide a fair resolution. I am not able to post a picture here, I am not sure why. I will definitely post the picture of imprinted fingerprints on the table which DFS is clearly denying and saying its natural. I would appreciate an inspection being arranged at least so that the table can be reviewed in person if they don't believe its fingerprints which is also very very clearly visible on the picture it self.

I have seen bad customer services review and now I experienced why.

I had previously given dfs 5/5 when I first visited the store due to the service I got in store which now I regret. So, please please be careful before buying any furniture here. Just saving your precious time and money!!!!!

DFS Hedge End

The salesmen were really helpful and were happy to talk us through what we were specifically looking for. They showed us several options then left us to stroll around browsing the sofas. They pointed out where the sales were and express delivery items, we were looking for a quick turnaround. Joe and Josh deserve a BIG thank you for the personal experience we had in the store. Great experience

We were able to walk around freely and try different seatees. When we found the choice for us we informed Kelly. Kelly was very helpful, friendly, Informative with great knowledge of our choice.

DFS furniture

So we were wandering around and asked if we needed help , which we certainly did !! We were after a new bed , dining table and chairs and 2 sofas.
