I had viewed the sofa online, so I had an idea of what I wanted, once I was in the store I made my decision, Chloe (staff member) was very helpful and pleasant, I was more than happy with the service, she answered all my questions and the whole process took about twenty minutes ( I've been longer buying a dress), thanks again for a great service.

Salesmen don't pester you. They ask if you're ok then leave you to walk around, unhindered. When you decide to take things further they are very helpful and informative. Prices are reasonable and an easy payment method, if required. We spoke with Tony, the Manager who was very friendly and informative.

Went to Speke Dfs today. Staff and customer service was outstanding. Especially Tony could not recommend this guy enough he is so helpful. (Even the cleaning lady is amazing)
