DFS Furniture - Torquay Avis 

Alison was very informative on what we wanted to purchase. Lovely and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Not our first purchase at DFS and won’t be the last!

The lady who served us was friendly and helpful. She made us feel valued as customers and was clear and professional about the product.
She gave us all the information needed quickly and effectively, as we were then off to buy curtains.

We were taken very good care by Lily. She explained how to look after our furniture to keep it in a good condition for a very long time. She also introduced us and recommended the 5-year care plan which we think is really good value. She was lovely and helpful along the whole sale process.

Came in today to look for a new suite. Wasnt feeling great as have a shoulder injury so wanted to come in look around and show partner some ideas i had seen and go home. Lily asked if we were ok and we wandered around tried lots of furniture. Then Lily appeared to ask if we needed help on anything, and we did. She was amazing. Not forceful just very friendly smiley and informative. She got us both a much needed coffee. We ended up leaving really happy having chosen a new suite and two tables. Great experience. Thanks Lily

Mike was extremely helpful and was able to explain every question we ask. He was very charming and made us feel extremely at ease and did not try to push us into anything.
