Poor fitting clothes and very poor customer service.
I bought 5 items from Dharma Bums. When they arrived I tried all items on. Of the 5 items- 3 had fit issues- and looked terrible on me. I contacted Dharma Bums via email as there is no phone number to contact them on- to see if I could get a refund on these items. I was advised that I could not get a refund. I could exchange the full price item but the sale items were final and could not be refunded or exchanged.
This is not what Australian Consumer Law says.
I have had to call my credit card provider and dispute the transaction for these items three items.
I have also contacted the ACCC and lodged a complaint.
The goods are in original condition and gave all the tags on them.
My biggest disappointment is that this is an Australian company- I would like to support - but given my experience I can not.
I buy a lot of my clothes online- every reputable store allows return of goods if they do not fit, as long as the goods are in original condition. When a store is online only- you have no way of knowing if the item will fit you, so you need to have returns.
