Dial A Dog Wash Avis 

I have contacted a few times with late responses. Reply's we're short, upon response I was told slot was no longer available. There was no offer of any other slots, leading to me to send another message asking "is there any available slots?"to which I have had no reply.This is my second experience with this company and both times received the same service. I do find this poor customer service and unhelpful with no room to accommodate the customer.Offering one slot is unrealistic and then not responding unprofessional. I don't recommend this company and it shouldn't be this hard to arrange something so simple, with the whole process taking a week and still nothing arranged.

Used the call back feature,no call back. Tried phoning Sarah Rodgers Rogers who runs the Smethwick area on her landline and mobile service and had no reply. Complete water of time and effort. Do not bother with this service.

NOT qualified dog groomers,
Just cut bits off my dogs, 3 dogs, not sure washed or dry shampoo, loads of problems,
Will not be using again !!

Lorna from DADW Truro, met with Teddy a lively cockapoo yesterday. Teddy doesn’t go easily to other dog groomers but Lorna was so gentle and good with him,. A fabulous haircut and clean shiny teeth. Next appointment already on the calendar x

Craig either turns up late or doesn’t show at all! Don’t waste your time and find a better more reliable dog groomer.

I got in touch with DADW Burscough, way back in July of this year as ai was struggling to get a good groomers for my Bulldog, Karlo. From the off, the team.at DADW Burscough were super helpful and so attentive. I had to make a few adjustments before our first appointment for Karlo, but they were so attentive and understanding which is really unusual for my experience with groomers. The duo are so lovely, helpful and genuinely love dogs.

Karlo it seems, doesn't like groomers and unfortunately I only found out when Gary first groomed him. He had been to a few other groomers, and sadly took a turn against Gary however this didn't faze Gary one bit. He calmed Karlo, gave him the time he needed and made sure I was ok. It took me by surprise, and I feel such guilt and embarrassment that Karlo had took a turn. Gary gave me such confidence and told me he would gladly work with Karlo to get his confidence up and become accustomed to getting groomer, and especially groomed with love. I'll forevrr be thankful for DADW Burscough for working with myself and Karlo, and even though he still doesn't want to go in the van hes now super happy to get groomed by Gary! Thank you so much guys! *****

I have a tiny Chihuahua & she suffers terribly with anxiety. We have had to leave our previous groomers as she was so distressed when being dropped off/picked up. Decided to try DADW Burscough & it was the best decision, Gary is brilliant with her & so patient. She still gets a little nervous at first but she comes back to me relaxed & calm. Couldn't be happier with the service we have received & wouldn't dream of going anywhere else

We have been using Lorna and her team at Dial a dog wash for a few years now. They are so reliable and our Labrador Reggie is treated beautifully. He also looks great at the end. Very reasonably priced as they come to your home with their van, stocked with all the equipment so no mess in your home which is so great. Thanks again Lorna see you soon.

Had to cancel an appointment due to my dog hurting her leg on a walk, which resulted in a cruciate ligament operation. Had to rest her to recuperate. Once fit left messages to rebook…..ignored with zero response.
Very disappointing, especially as I paid extra cash the twice I used them.

We use DADW Burscough. We have a west highland terrier who can be snappy with people he doesn’t know who come to the house. I told Gary about this when he called and he picked him up. I thought here we go…..but he never growled or resisted. Gary obviously knows how to handle nervous dogs.
His grooming skills are excellent too. He is reliable. I would definitely recommend

Got to say… how ironic is it that the company is called ‘Dial a dog wash’ but there’s no phone number anywhere to dial? Only email. Lol

Rude over the phone for the one working in Essex area. Quotes random prices on apparent dog size but tried to charge more for a malinos than a cane corso so clearly knows nothing about dog sizing and makes up prices as he goes along. Would not use these if they was the last groomers on the planet I’d put the dogs in my jacuzzi over that joker named darren.

Absolutely amazing dog groomers!!! We have been using them for 18 months now and wouldn't ever go elsewhere.
They will always go out there way to help In anyway they can! We recently moved in to a building site waiting for our new home to be finished,they could see how much mess we were in so always went above and beyond for us by taking our gorgeous Benji (Havenese) home to there house to be cut. Highly recommended 👌

100% excellent service! Lorna washed and cut my Cockerpoo today. She was gentle and kind and did an amazing job and my dog smelt amazing after! Would definitely use again and recommend!

Dial a Dog Wash Burscough have been grooming my dogs since my previous groomer retired. I consider myself fortunate to have found them as their level of care is exemplary. Their love of dogs is evident and the quality of the groom, excellent. All my dogs are confident in their care. Gary has just introduced my puppy to the grooming process. A very happy little puppy and a very happy owner!

Tracey groomed my very hairy white German shepard today who is 15 deaf and almost blind. tracey was so good with him giving him time and allowing him a rest when he needed. He now looks lovely alot less hairy and smells lovely. Thanks very much Tracey we will be coming back in the future.

We contacted Gary about booking our dog lola in. He was polite and couldn't help us enough with any questions we had. He was so good with our dog and did a fantastic job, she came out smelling amazing and her fur was so soft. Would highly recommend 👌

Had our little dog groomed by Gary at Dial a dog wash Burscough. Alfie is quite nervous but Gary was amazing with him, it shows how much he loves dogs. Very thorough, individual service suited to your dog. Excellent, value for money, amazing service 5*
