I bought a kingsize duvet for £250 and unfortunately it has been a total waste of money.

It doesn't stay in any duvet covers that I have bought, ending up in a ball in the corner within a few hours of being in bed. Customer services replied very quickly however offered to buy £3 plastic grips to put on the four corners which I found not only ugly but also worried about a choking hazard for my young children. They advised this is due to fabrics being soft however I've never had the issue before.

I advised that I think the only resolution would be a refund as I have had to buy a new duvet with the diamond bedding one being completely useless but did not receive a response to this.

Frustratingly it looks like I have thrown £250 away on this, do not recommend.

The quality of the Hungarian Pillows is excellent so high quality ( repeat order ) wouldn’t go anywhere else for my Pillows and Quilts . Outstanding quality and value. Double / All Season (4.5 Tog + 10.5 Tog)

I took the plunge and bought a goose down duvet for myself. Usually, I'm easily hot under the covers, so I prefer something not too heavy, as I'd end up kicking the duvet. I was searching online for the best price and value on a goose duvet and came across Diamond bedding. Having read the other reviews, I was more certain to purchase from them, the price is still expensive but NOT as expensive as other sites that sell similar product. When I had a query, I used their online chat service, and someone got back to me within a few minutes. They were very helpful in providing the information I needed, and they assured me that their product is of high quality, which I will explain next.

The product is an all-season one, with 2 duvets: one 4.5 tog and one 10.5 tog. After receiving the product, I tried putting both together (the buttons for attaching the duvets were very easy to assemble). But I felt like I didn't sleep well because, though it was snug, it was too hot for me, and I didn't feel comfortable. I took the 4.5 tog duvet out, put it back in the zipper case it came in, and tried the 10.5 tog duvet alone, which is better! I think putting them together will be so good for cold wintery nights, hence the "all-season" value of the product.

The quality is amazingly good, it's so soft and makes you happy to lie in there after a long day. I do fluff it up when I make the bed, and the duvet still puffs up, giving your bed a fuller look. Just imagine you're sleeping under a cloud blanket, if you like the sound of it, maybe you can give it a try?

Superb products and amazing customer service. Emails are responded to within minutes. Extremely friendly responses. Would highly recommend the Hungarian goose duvet and pillows.

Having been so pleased with the 10.5 100% Hungarian Down duvet for my caravan I bought an all season one (10.5 and 4 tog) for home. I can’t believe how warm these duvets are and also how lightweight they are. Really reasonable prices too. I received my duvet quite quickly after ordering.

ordered a king fitted sheet from Diamond Bedding, but what arrived was a deep fitted sheet measuring over 160 cm, which is far too wide for a standard UK king mattress (advertised as 150 cm). I specifically chose the deep fitted option thinking normal shrinkage would still result in the correct size, but the core issue wasn’t shrinkage, it was that the product didn’t match the advertised dimensions at the point of delivery.

Instead of addressing this, I was repeatedly given explanations about shrinkage, elasticity, and environmental choices, with repeated requests to wash the sheet multiple times just to see if it might reach the correct size. I cannot reasonably be asked to wash an item repeatedly before exchanging or returning it, especially since doing so would remove my statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

I escalated to a manager, explained clearly why the item was not as described and not fit for purpose, and requested a free exchange to the correct fitted sheet plus a refund of the price difference, but the situation remains unresolved. Frankly, this whole process has been frustrating and has left me without usable bedding.

Until they provide a fair and timely resolution, I can’t recommend buying from this company.

Bought the 100% Hugarian Goose down Duvet and Pillow.

I've tried loads of pillows in the past, including expensive ones like Simba ect. This Hugarian goose down from Diamond is exactly what I've needed for years. I'm a side sleeper and right from the first night I finally woke up with ZERO neck pain.

I've always had a stiff neck from pillows and interrupted sleep but my sleep quality since buying the 100% Hugarian Duvet and Pillow has genuienly improved my sleep and neck pain.

I usually try to find a way to critize any product but I can't fault the duvet and the pillow, sleep is vital to good health and very pleased with the investment through day and night changes in my sleep quality.

Brilliant company great service top quality product at a very competitive price wouldn't hesitate to use them again

This company have the best customer service ever , I ordered pillows just after Christmas and they were sent out straight away ,
But DPS delivery service was very bad and never had my first delivery , had to order again

Outstanding service by a company who sell the most gorgeously comfortable bedding. I put the wrong postcode on my return and therefore my exchange was delayed. Diamond bedding rang DHL for me, tracked the lost return and kept me up to date with phone calls and emails along the way. I then received my exchange promptly. I now have pillows plus a duvet far superior to anything else I’ve bought in the past and their customer service dept is second to none !

We bought a duvet and pillow 5 years ago. The duvet is a double one, winter weight with a seperate summer one that you can attach but we've never had to. Quality of both has been excellent, lovely and warm :-) Pillow has been replaced because its had a hard life, in use roughly 8 hours a day 365 days a year! Pillow ordered yesterday, arrived today (Sunday).

I contacted Diamond Bedding for some advice on a down pillow, and which one to buy. My email was quickly answered, and I was very grateful for the expert guidance which helped me choose the wonderful Hungarian Goose Down pillow in the medium weight. It has been exceptionally comforting to lie on - so luxuriously soft and also gently supporting. There's a magic about it that is hard to describe, but I've been sleeping very peacefully since my first night with it! Thank you to Diamond Bedding for this enhanced well being!

I mis-ordered a pillow (wrong size). I immediately noticed the following day and contacted Diamond Bedding via their chat room to amend the order. This was a real chat not one of the dreaded BOTs that can rarely address your issue. Despite the fact that the order was also in transit (after less than 8hrs) Diamond managed to correct the order and delivered the correct product the very next day. I have been so impressed by this amazing company. Within half an hour of a query I had, they responded with speed & professionalism. Nothing has been too much trouble. I ordered a Hungarian Goose Down Pillow, it arrived so fast, & WOW it’s like sleeping on a cloud. I would highly recommend Diamond Bedding to anyone, looking for excellent quality & service.

We just wish we had invested in our hungarian goose down duvets long before now. The 10.5 tog is just luxury, so we soon also ordered a 7.0 tog for a room which is brighter and warmer most of the year. The duvet quality is excellent and the service from Diamond Bedding matched, following up on one order after an initial courier issue. Overall, really pleased!

To help rectify a mistake on my part (I didn't include my house number just road name) the CS team at Diamond responded exceptionally well to an early morning email and phone call attempting to still get my order. I really hadn't much optimism that it wouldn't delay delivery but by Lunch time it was with me and I even received a follow up call from Diamond 10 minutes after delivery to make sure all went well.
